2009 – Vodacom Group is a subsidiary of Vodafone. The merger of Vodafone Australia and Hutchinson 3G Australia.
2010 – The company sold its portion in China Mobile.
2011 – Sale of shares Vodafone owned in the French telecommunications company SFR.
2012 – The acquisition of Cable & Wireless Worldwide.
2013 – The Acquisition of German telecommunications company Kabel Deutschland
2014 – The company sold 45% of shares in Verizon Wireless for 130 billion pounds and 85 billion pounds paid to shareholders. The acquisition of Ono operator in Spain.
Vodafone brand is estimated at 27 billion pounds, and it is the most expensive brand in the UK (according to the rating of Brand Finance).
