Vodafone provides customers who have not been able to make calls or access the Internet as of the morning of February 24 due to an unconnected package of services or due to low balance:
Debt service subscribers have Vodafone set credit limits of 90 days to keep customers active online and able to use mobile
The operator also plans to charge 1000 minutes online and 10 GB of Internet to all its customers who will not have enough balance to make calls and use the Internet for the next few days.
Validity of services - 30 days from the date of connection. You can check the remaining minutes and gigabytes in My Vodafone.
