Vodafone has accelerated 4G in Volyn

Vodafone continues to increase 4G capacity. In particular, in the Volyn region, the company's technical specialists expanded the LTE1800 network to the 20 MHz band (from 15 MHz). Previously, some channels were dynamically distributed between 2G and LTE networks. The expansion allowed to increase the network capacity by 15% and increase the data transfer rate for the operator's customers by more than 20%.

Similar works on network expansion are planned in the near future in Ivano-Frankivsk region.

Vodafone also recently reported that 98% of major international routes were covered by high-speed internet. This year, the company plans to install another 500 base stations that will provide 4G coverage on highways.
