  • obtain the information about the current cash account;
  • receive the information about the balance pack services of the number;
  • order detailed expenses; activate and deactivate the services;
  • replenish your account and verify the payments receipt;
  • change new tariffs;
  • exchange bonuses for gifts on loyalty programs;
  • remotely install call forwarding;
  • block the number, in case of your SIM-card loss.

Who can use it?

Prepaid customers can use the "Internet Assistant" service.

What is the cost of the usage?

The fee for registration and access to the "Internet Assistant" will not be charged.

The service management (activation/deactivation), the change in the tariff, the order of details and other operations performed on the system, is paid according to the conditions of your tariff.


How to use it?

Before you can use the "Internet Assistant" you have to register by completing the following steps:


Step 1

Go to the home page of the "Internet Assistant" and on the next page, choose the section - Register.

On the page, you have to fill in the registration form (all fields that are marked by "*" must be filled in) and click "Register".**

**Pay attention! While filling in the registration form you need to indicate PUK code, which is available in the documents of your starter pack. If it is necessary to restore the PUK, you can contact the Customer Service Center at 111 (free of charge from the mobile in Ukraine) and, after the identification procedure, to obtain the information about the PUK code.


Step 3

After the successful registration, as you will be informed by a pop-up message, you need to go to the login page. You can do this by waiting automatically redirect to the login page, or by clicking on the "Internet Assistant" in the tooltip.


Step 4

On the next page logon the "Internet Assistant", you should enter your phone number, the password you specified during the registration and press "Log on", and then you will be redirected to the main page of the "Internet Assistant".

How do you protect your data?

To provide your privacy when using the "Internet Assistant" all information is transmitted via a secure channel using 128-bit encryption.

In addition, the system provides additional security features, such as:

  • automatic shut-off, if you do not carry out active operations more than 10 minutes;
  • mapping the history log;

SMS-notification when you log in, the order details and call forwarding activation.

Remember! To save the information in the security, do not give your password to the "Internet Assistant" to third parties.
