Activation/disabling/checking the status of services — free of charge.

Services are free of charge for all prepaid and a postpaid subscribers of the Operator on a permanent basis. To make the services function properly, check if the forwarding to the service number +380501200020 is set up correctly. If you have set the call forwarding to another number, the services «Stay in touch» will not work.

Information about missed calls is stored for 24 hours from the moment the call was made. If you didn't turn on the phone during the 24 hours period, information about missed calls will not be provided.

When making an outgoing call, you will see the message «forwarding is enabled» on the screen of your phone. This does not affect neither the quality of connection, nor the financial status of your account. Emersion of this message as well as call forwarding caused by functioning of the services «Stay in touch» cannot be turned off.
