2. The Available Roaming service will be changed:

- 100 minutes (70 minutes for Vodafone numbers, 30 minutes for incoming and outgoing calls to other operators in Ukraine and the country of stay)
The Available Roaming service is now available in 7 countries: Moldova, Azerbaijan, Norway, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Iceland, and Liechtenstein, under the Available Roaming as a Gift promotion from December 23, 2025 to June 30, 2026, provided that the service package is activated according to the tariff plan.
3. If the tariff is not paid:
- UAH 15 will be charged, providing you with 200 MB of data, available in Ukraine and in 27 EU countries.
- If you use on-net calls in Ukraine, UAH 15/day will also be charged.
4. If the monthly service package runs out earlier, the following terms apply beyond the basic package, both in Ukraine and while roaming:
- UAH 0.60/min for calls,
- UAH 15/200 MB for Internet,
- UAH 1.50/50 SMS.
The changes in the list of countries for roaming services: GigaRoaming, GigaRoaming Max, GigaRoaming Ultra, and 5 GB.

Terms of use of daily services
If there sufficient amount of money on the account, the monthly package fee is charged automatically. It happens after one month from the date when the package was connected (from 00:00 to 8:00).
For example, if the service package was connected on the 25th, the payment will be withdrawn on the 25th of the following month. As soon as the service package is charged, you will receive an SMS (after 8:00).
Important information: until you receive an SMS about service package activation, you will have a daily rate, ie calls, SMS and the Internet will be paid.
If on an account does not enough money to pay for monthly package service, then there is an automatically will be available daily rates with obligatory payment.
In the future, every day, the system will check the status of your account and, as soon as there is a sufficient amount, will connect a monthly service package.

11,3 UAH/day – the estimated cost per day in the Vodafone SuperNet Pro tariff, determined by dividing the cost of a package of services for a calendar month by the average length of the month, namely: 340 UAH for 30 days. The estimated cost per day for calendar months of 28, 29, 31 days can be calculated by dividing the cost of the service package for a calendar month by the corresponding number of days.
To activate a service package (for a day, 28 days, or a month), the remaining balance on the account after activation must be at least 0.01 UAH.
After using all the batch gigabytes (45 GB first 6 monthes of usege, than 40 GB), an additional 20 packs of 200 MB of Internet speed will make up to 150 Kbit/sec. Additional 5 GB/month provided only for new customers during the first 6 months from the date of connection, subject to the connected service package for a month.
Customers of Vodafone Prepaid tariffs who activated monthly packed services can use app «Дія» unlimitedly. Unlimited application «Дія» (functionality for documents) together with «Дія Radio» is available regardless of the connection of the service package for a month. Unlimited on «Дія TV» is available only when the service package is connected for a month.
The free “Voice mail” service is available in the tariff. Receive voice messages even if your mobile phone is switched off or you can’t answer the call. When a new voice message appears – you will receive SMS about the date, time and the number of the person who sent it.
Tariffs are valid in Ukraine if there is technical access and coverage. The price of calls is stated for the first second of every minute of call, including each successive second of specified minute within conversation. Call rates are charged per first second of each minute.
Tariffs are stated in UAH including VAT and Pension fund tax in amount of 7,5% of service cost without VAT as of 30.01.2025. Minimum validity of tariff is 30 days starting from its subscription.
