Do not use іnternet? Deactivate it and pay less for monthly service pack.
The special offer takes place from September the 2nd, 2019 on a regular basis on the territory of Lugansk, Sumy, Zaporizhzhia and Donetsk regions, except temporarily occupied territory and territory on which the state authorities are temporarily do not exercise their authority or do not exercise them in full.

Attention! If you have activated the «Internet deactivation» service, then when using the mobile internet, a fee will be charged – 7 UAH for every 200 MB (20 such packages are available per day).

Within the ONLINE-SPROTYV promotion, the Video PASS service is provided for free (at no extra charge) within 3 months if a service package is activated for a month. Starting from the 4th month, its cost will be 50 UAH/month in addition to the basic cost of your tariff.
The promotion will be available from 03.11.2022 till 09.02.2023.
What is Video PASS?
This is an additional service from Vodafone, which provides unlimited traffic to certain applications that do not consume your gigabytes in the tariff.
What applications are included in the Video PASS service?
Video PASS includes the following popular applications (no charges for the internet): Apple Music, YouTube, YouTube Music, Netflix, MEGOGO, SoundCloud, Deezer, Spotify, Shazam, SWEET.TV and Дія TV.
The list of applications may be changed. We will notify you in advance as required by law.
Terms of participation in the ONLINE-SPROTYV promotion:
- be a customer of Vodafone network;
- be a customer of the promotional tariff;
- have an activated monthly package in the tariff for 3 consecutive months;
- have no activated services (Year without fees, Disable internet, etc.).
Note for the existing Vodafone customers: if you have a dual SIM phone, the Vodafone card has to be the primary SIM card and activated for at least one day.

Year without fees
Pay in advance and use your tariff for 12 months – service package for month would be updated automatically in accordance with the current terms of the tariff plan and without regular payments. Be online with internet, call within Ukraine without limits and use other service included into monthly service pack.

Terms of use of daily services:
The monthly package fee is charged automatically. It happens after one month from the date when the package was connected (from 00:00 to 8:00).
For example, if the service package was connected on the 25th, the payment will be withdrawn on the 25th of the following month. As soon as the service package is charged, you will receive an SMS (after 8:00).
Important information: until you receive an SMS about service package activation, you will have a daily rate, ie calls, SMS and the Internet will be paid.
If on an account does not enough money to pay for monthly package service, then there is an automatically will be available daily rates with obligatory payment.
In the future, every day from 00:00 to 8:00, the system will check the status of your account and, as soon as there is a sufficient amount, will connect a monthly service package.

Мandatory legal information
5,67 UAH per day is the estimated cost per day in the Vodafone SuperNet Start 2019 tariff, which is determined by dividing the cost of a package of services for the calendar month into the average duration of the month: 170 UAH for 30 days. Estimated cost per day for calendar months of 28, 29, 31 days can be calculated by dividing the cost of a package of services for a calendar month for the corresponding number of days.
Mobile internet speed for Vodafone SuperNet Start 2019 will be settled in the following way: up to 150 Kbit/s after monthly internet volume usage – 14 GB and additional 20 packs for 200 MB for every 10 UAH until the end of the day.
Gigabytes of internet within the tariff are available for use in 2G, 3G and 4G-networks if there is technical access and coverage.
Customers of Vodafone Prepaid tariffs who activated monthly packed services can use app «Дія» unlimitedly from 02.21.2020.
Tariffs are valid in Ukraine if there is technical access and coverage.
The price of calls is stated for the first second of every minute of call, including each successive second of specified minute within conversation. Call rates are charged per first second of each minute.
Tariffs are stated in UAH including VAT and Pension fund tax in amount of 7.5% of service cost without VAT as of 20.01.2023.
Minimum validity of tariff is 30 days starting from its subscription.
