Temporary Number Blocking
Service "Maintenance of a number in the network" is an opportunity to temporarily block a number at the customer's request or in case of device loss (all incoming, outgoing calls and SMS for blocked numbers will become inaccessible). The service is activated only at the initiative of the client.
Cost: funds will not be withdrawn until the end of the month in which the service was connected. The cost of the service from the 2nd month will be UAH 10/month.
In case of non-payment for the "Keeping the number in the network" service, another type of blocking is automatically activated - for non-payment of the bill, the validity period of which is 3 months, after which the number is being deactivated.

– by the number 111 (free from Vodafone Ukraine numbers);< br>– 0 800 400 111 (free from all Ukrainian networks).
General information
From 01.03.2025, for customers of contract tariffs, a special price applies in the first 12 months from the date of transferring the number to the Vodafone network, namely: Vodafone Red Unlim Max - UAH 430/month (25% discount). Starting from the 13th month, the standard price of the service package per month will apply.
Gigabytes of Internet within the tariff are available for use in 2G, 3G and 4G networks if there is technical access and coverage.
We keep within the laws of Ukraine, therefore we do not provide mobile Internet users with access to the services Mail.ru (www.mail.ru), Vkontakte (www.vk.com), Odnoklassniki (www.ok.ru) and to the list of other Internet resources. You can see the entire list in the corresponding Decree of the President of Ukraine posted on the page of the government portal.
Customers of Vodafone Pospaid&Bisness tariffs can use app "Дія" unlimitedly from 21.02.2020.

Tariffs are valid on the territory of Ukraine.
Tariffs in UAH including VAT and Pension Fund collection 7,5% from services’ price without VAT, on 01.03.2025. Call rates are charged per first second of each minute.
