Usage conditions of «Many talks» service
- You should have activated monthly service package in Vodafone tariff.
- At least 25 UAH at your account.
- When activated, the service is prolonged to the next month automatically.
- You can use “Many talks” service once a month (to activate or to deactivate).
- The service is unavailable if the following services are activated “Year without fee”, “Minutes exchange”, “Additional 1,2 GB”.
- Enough quantity of package minutes, which you wish to exchange into minutes to all networks in Ukraine.
Deactivation of “Many talks” service:
- After deactivation of the service you can use minutes for calls in Vodafone Ukraine network and minutes to other networks in Ukraine.
- Minutes abroad will be renewed next month.
Detailed into about the service:
- Service fee is taken at the moment of service activation.
- Service is valid only under conditions of active monthly service package. Next time service fee is added to the monthly package fee and is taken automatically.
- For example: You use the Vodafone SuperNet Start tariff and activate your package for month and in 12 days you activate the service "Many talks". The cost of " Many talks" service, in the amount of 25 UAH, will be withdrawn immediately on the 12th day and 700 minutes to all networks within Ukraine will be available. In the future, on the day of service package renewal for month, 1st day of next month, 115 UAH will be charged - the cost for the service package for month (90 UAH) and the cost of “Many talks” service (25 UAH). In the absence of 115 UAH in the account, day tariffs will apply.
Tariffs work on the territory of Ukraine where the provider’s coverage is available except temporarily occupied territory and territory where state authorities are temporarily unauthorized.
The price of calls is stated for the first second of every minute of call, including each successive second of specified minute within conversation. Call rates are charged per first second of each minute.
The tariffs are specified in UAH including VAT and Pension Fund tax, which is 7,5% of the services cost without VAT, as of 05.11.2019.
The minimum tariff validity period is – 30 days from the date of its introduction.
