Information for subscribers of SuperNet Turbo tariff 2019
If the tariff was activated from 05.11.2019 to 31.03.2021, «Many talks» service is included to monthly service package.
Monthly fee for service usage during the first three months is not taken. Then service fee is 25 UAH/month and is taken automatically together with monthly fee for service package.

Usage conditions of «Many talks» service
- You must be connected to the package for a month.
- your account must be over 25 UAH.
- After connecting, the service is automatically renewed on a monthly basis.
- You can use the service “Lots of conversations” once a month (connect or disconnect).
- The service is not available if the connected services «Year without a subscription fee”, “Exchange minutes”, “1 GB, 2 GB”.
- Your account must be a sufficient number of bundled minutes that You wish to exchange for minutes to all networks in Ukraine.
Conditions of service disconnection:
- After you disable the service You can unlimited call to Vodafone network and use the minute to other networks of Ukraine.
- Minutes abroad will resume next month.
Detailed information:
- Cost of the service will be charged at the moment of its activation.
- Service is available only if the connected package for a month. The next withdrawal of funds the cost of the service is added to the cost of the package for a month and it is automatically removed.
- For example: You have tariff Vodafone SuperNet Start, and activated the package for a month, the 1st day of the service “a Lot of conversations” ordered a 12. The cost of the service “Lots of conversations” in the amount of 25 UAH will be removed from 12th and will be available to 700 min to all networks in Ukraine. Later in the day refresh package on a month, that is 1 day of the following month, will star 115 UAH – the cost of the package for a month (90 UAH) plus the cost of the service “a Lot of conversations" (25 UAH). If the account is less than UAH 115, are daily rates.
Tariffs work on the territory of Ukraine where the provider’s coverage is available except temporarily occupied territory and territory where state authorities are temporarily unauthorized.
Special conditions in Vodafone SuperNet Turbo 2019 tariff дapply on the territory of Rivne, Vinnytsya, Cherkasy, Zhytomyr, Volynska Khmelnytskyi, Ternopil, Lviv regions and Kryvyi Rih 22.03.2019 on a permanent basis.
The price of calls is stated for the first second of every minute of call, including each successive second of specified minute within conversation. Call rates are charged per first second of each minute.
The tariffs are specified in UAH including VAT and Pension Fund tax, which is 7,5% of the services cost without VAT, as of 05.11.2019.
The minimum tariff validity period is - 30 days from the date of its introduction.
