How to know what the money was spent on?

For prepaid subscribers:
Details can be viewed for free in My Vodafone (Home – Section Expenses). Information for the current and previous months is available. Detailed information and the ability to send an e-mail is available only for the current and previous month. All events are displayed: both paid and free (with the exception of free internet sessions).

For subscribers of the contract:
Detailed information on expenses on a personal account can be obtained free in several ways:

  • My Vodafone (Menu – Section Expenses)
  • in electronic invoices that are sent to subscribers' email addresses upon application;
  • calling 111
  • personally contacting the store of the owner of the number with a passport.

Getting details of paid events on paper is possible only for the last 3 months and is provided only in Vodafone stores. The cost of the service of transferring information to paper is 33 UAH with VAT excluding PF for each month (for each contract for which detailed information is provided).

Service order:
For individuals – only in Vodafone stores. You must have a passport with you. Details on paper can only be obtained by a subscriber or his representative who has a notarized power of attorney to receive such information.
For legal entities – only in Vodafone stores. You must have a passport, a power of attorney to receive details on paper and a letter indicating which numbers and for what period you need to provide information about calls.

How do I use an additional account?

The additional account is available only to prepaid users.
The balance of the additional account can be checked:

An additional account is used for calls and SMS to subscribers within Ukraine and abroad (except for content services); mobile internet; roaming services and monthly/daily payment.
An additional account is not required to pay the first monthly payment.

If there is money on the main and additional accounts and the conditions for their spending are met, money is first of all automatically withdrawn from the additional account, and upon its exhaustion – from the main one.

How to transfer money to another subscriber?

To request a transfer of funds dial:
*150*phone number of the recipient*amount transferred from 1 to 30 UAH# and press "Call".
For example, to transfer 5 UAH to the number 0501234567, dial the request in a format *150*0501234567*5#.

The cost of one transfer is 3 UAH including VAT and PF for all prepayment clients. The service is not available for subscribers of the contract.
For subscribers in roaming, the service is available only for receiving money.

Obligatory minimum amount on the account of Prepaid subscribers

1.To perform any outgoing actions from the number (call, SMS, Internet usage), the account balance must be at least 0.01 UAH.

2.To activate a service package (for a day, 28 days, or a month), the remaining balance on the account after activation must be at least 0.01 UAH.

3. When charging events from the additional monetary account (check balance via *101*10#), the minimum balance of the main account must be 0.01 UAH.

What is auto top up?

Auto Top-Up is a convenient service that allows you to automatically top up your mobile balance or the balance of your loved ones using a bank card. Once the service is activated, you no longer need to remember who, when, for what amount, or how to top up the account.

The service is available to Vodafone subscribers of all service types: prepaid and contract.

Activation, management, and status checks of the service are available in the My Vodafone app personal account.

To start using Auto Top-Up, simply choose the top-up type(s) and payment method.

Available Auto Top-Up types:

1. For prepaid customers:

  • “By tariff” — top-up for the tariff price (performed one day before the monthly / 4-week service package payment);
  • “Fixed amount” — top-up for an amount selected by the subscriber (performed on the selected day of the month).

Subscribers using the “Year without monthly fees” service can only choose the “Fixed amount” Auto Top-Up type.

For one phone number, the number of connected Auto Top-Up types cannot exceed 10.

2. For contract customers:

  • “By bill” — top-up for the issued bill amount (monthly from the 1st to the 5th day), or for the estimated bill amount (on the last day of each month and/or after service restriction).

For subscribers using the “Year without monthly fees” service, the issued or estimated bill amount does not include the monthly subscription fee.

Only one “By bill” Auto Top-Up can be connected to one personal account.

Available payment methods:

  • Bank card;
  • Google Pay or Apple Pay — depending on the operating system of the device used (Android/iOS).

For payer verification, 1 UAH is charged from the bank card when activating Google Pay or Apple Pay and is immediately credited to the subscriber’s mobile balance.
