How can I find out my tariff?

How to activate a monthly package?

The cost of services in Vodafone tariffs is payed monthly (check the validity period by number *101*4#). If there is not enough money on the account to pay for the service package for a month, the daily package is automatically activated.

To connect a monthly package you need:

  • top up the account for a sufficient amount to pay for the package;
  • dial *101*444#;
  • restart the phone (or enable/disable flight mode) for the tariff to work correctly;
  • wait for SMS about the accrual of all services according to the tariff.

Vodafone takes care of you and sends a reminder via SMS two days before you pay for the package, don't miss it.

How can I change the tariff?

To change the tariff plan, you need:

  • choose a tariff;
  • check a sufficient amount on the account to transfer and pay for the first monthly package;
  • dial a combination to change the tariff;
  • wait for SMS about activation the service package.

How to connect "Year without fees"?

Pay in advance and use your tariff for 12 months – monthly service package would be updated automatically without any service volumes changes and regular payments.

If you want to activate "Year without fees" in the current tariff:

  • make sure that there is a sufficient amount in the account;
  • dial *365#
  • wait for SMS about service activation.

If you want to switch to a new tariff and activate the "Year without fees" service:

  • make sure that there is a sufficient amount on the account (the first month is paid according to the tariff + the cost of the service for a year);
  • dial the combination to change the tariff;
  • wait for SMS about the tariff change;
  • wait for SMS about the tariff connection;
  • dial *365# to activate the service for a year;
  • wait for SMS about service activation.
