Fitch Ratings поліпшило прогноз рейтингу для Vodafone Україна до «позитивного»

Міжнародне агентство Fitch Ratings переглянуло свої прогнози рейтингу для Vodafone Україна зі «стабільного» до «позитивного». Агентство підтвердило всі рейтинги Vodafone, включаючи довгостроковий рейтинг дефолту емітента на рівні «В».

Vodafone Україна успішно працює на міжнародному ринку запозиченого капіталу з 2018 року. У лютому 2020 року Vodafone Україна здійснила успішний випуск єврооблігацій на зовнішньому фондовому ринку – 5-річних облігацій («євробондів») – обсягом $ 500 млн із прибутковістю 6,20%.

 У серпні 2021 року Vodafone Україна і Raiffeisen Bank International AG уклали контракт на управління деривативами. Міжнародний контракт, який став ще одним ефективним фінансовим інструментом для Vodafone, дозволяє компанії хеджувати валютні ризики на міжнародному ринку запозиченого капіталу.
