Vodafone Україна завершила покупку компанії Vega

Група компаній Vodafone Україна повідомляє про завершення придбання 99,99% акцій Приватного акціонерного товариства «Фарлеп-Інвест», яке працює під брендом Vega, а також не менше 95% статутного капіталу ТОВ «Кейбл ТВ-ФІНАНСИ».

ПрАТ «Фарлеп-Інвест» надає послуги фіксованого доступу до мережі інтернет і послуги фіксованого телефонного зв'язку. ТОВ «Кейбл ТВ-ФІНАНСИ» надає послуги фіксованого доступу до інтернету. ПрАТ «Фарлеп-Інвест» і ТОВ «Кейбл ТВ-ФІНАНСИ» володіють частотним ресурсом в діапазоні 2,3 ГГц (15 МГц в 6 регіонах), а також в діапазоні 2,5-2,7 ГГц.

Vodafone Україна планує продовжувати здійснювати ті ж види господарської діяльності, які зараз здійснюють ПрАТ «Фарлеп-Інвест» і ТОВ «Кейбл ТВ-ФІНАНСИ». Метою покупки даних компаній для Vodafone Україна є подальший розвиток бізнесу в сфері телекомунікацій, зокрема послуг фіксованого зв'язку.
