According to the annual report by the independent French company nPerf, which specialises in measuring the quality of Internet services, Vodafone topped the ranking of fixed Internet providers in Ukraine for 2025.

The study was conducted between January 1 and December 31, 2025 among national network operators. In the overall ranking, Vodafone Gigabit Net Home Internet scored 117,434 nPoints, exceeding the market average of 112,926 nPoints.

Key indicators include:

• download speed – 200.5 Mbps, which is fully sufficient for stable HD streaming;
• upload speed – 196.4 Mbps, which is particularly important for video conferencing and cloud services;
• web browsing quality – 70.1%;
• streaming video quality (YouTube) – 79.7%, indicating the stability and high quality of the service in real time.

The operator also topped the ranking in the Wi-Fi connection category, which is particularly important as this is how most users access home Internet services.

The study is based on tests carried out by users in real life conditions via the nPerf app on Android and iOS, as well as through the company’s and its partners’ websites. To ensure the accuracy of the results, rigorous filtering methods were applied, and the tests were conducted both during the peak hours (from 6:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.) and off-peak hours of the day.

In 2024, the nPerf quality ranking was led by the telecom operator Vega, which within the Vodafone Group is responsible for the development of fixed line communications.

Internet access services are provided using modern, energy-efficient PON technology, which ensures not only high speed but also resilience to power outages enabling more than 100 hours of continuous operation when the user has backup power available.
