We continue to invest in supporting, restoring, and expanding the network. Vodafone’s investments in Ukraine during the full-scale war have exceeded UAH 20 billion, with over UAH 2 billion invested in enhancing the network’s energy resilience. Due to the situation in the energy sector, these costs are increasing.

In December 2025, Vodafone enhanced its network’s energy resilience by:

• Installing over 1,620 generators, with approximately 3,900 more on their way to Ukraine;
• Deploying around 4,500 AVR automation units across all regions of Ukraine, allowing automatic and seamless switching to backup power sources;
• Purchasing over 260 km of specialized cable and ensuring all related infrastructure for connections;
• Starting a project to equip the first 100 base stations with solar power stations.

Even in wartime, our network teams do everything possible to ensure that Vodafone customers stay connected and enjoy fast, high-quality mobile internet. As a result, Vodafone’s network reliability during previous large-scale blackouts was 90%, even in regions with prolonged power outages.

To continue being a reliable operator, we must review the pricing of our tariff line, and we hope for your understanding. This is a shared investment to ensure that the connection remains.

Changes to FLEXX tariffs starting January 14, 2026

For new customers who purchase a Vodafone starter pack for the first time starting from January 14, 2026, the pricing for FLEXX tariffs will be as follows:

• FLEXX GO: 420 UAH/4 weeks;
• FLEXX TOP: 550 UAH/4 weeks.

For customers switching to Vodafone with their own number:

• FLEXX GO: 280 UAH/4 weeks;
• FLEXX TOP: 350 UAH/4 weeks.

The tariffs will also be updated:

• FLEXX GO will have 15 GB of roaming internet,
• FLEXX TOP will have 20 GB of roaming internet.

For existing subscribers:

All current FLEXX tariff subscribers will receive an individual SMS with updated conditions, which will also be available on the tariff page.

For customers with a new number:

For those who make their first call on the tariff between July 2, 2025, and January 13, 2026, the price for the next 6 packages will remain unchanged:

• FLEXX GO: 320 UAH/4 weeks;
• FLEXX TOP: 500 UAH/4 weeks.

For customers who switched to Vodafone with their own number:

We will fix the current price for one year:

• FLEXX GO: 200 UAH/4 weeks;
• FLEXX TOP: 350 UAH/4 weeks.
