Vodafone Ukraine continues its large-scale tariff line update as part of the integration of Ukraine into the European Union's unified roaming space. Starting from January 1, 2026, the "Roam like at home" principle will be applied to most contract and business tariffs, allowing customers to use mobile services in EU countries under the same conditions as in Ukraine, without additional charges.

What this means for contract subscribers:

Without extra charges, subscribers will be able to use their minutes and part of their gigabytes from the total plan quota both in Ukraine and in EU countries.

Key principles for Ukrainian Vodafone numbers:

• Unlimited incoming calls both in Ukraine and in the EU.
• Package minutes for calls to Ukrainian networks and SMS also work in the EU – outgoing calls to Ukraine and within the country of stay are included.
• Part of the package gigabytes can be used both in Ukraine and in the EU.
• The same cost for additional minutes, MB, and SMS.

Which tariffs are affected by the update:

The "Roam like at home" principle will be introduced for Vodafone Business, Vodafone Red, and Vodafone GigaCombo 3-in-1 tariffs, which combine mobile services, home internet, and TV.
The update will also apply to data transmission tariffs for devices, including IoT Pro.

How to find out about changes in your tariff:

Starting December 22, all subscribers will receive a personal message with information about the changes in their specific tariff. The full list of updated conditions with all details will also be published on each tariff's page no later than a week before the changes take effect.
