Vodafone запропонував зручну заміну SIM-карти для нечуючих

Vodafone запропонував нову процедуру заміни SIM-карти, яка буде зручною для нечуючих людей.

Раніше клієнти з вадами слуху могли замінити SIM-карту тільки в магазині Vodafone. Відтепер вони можуть зробити це також віддалено. Для цього потрібно звернутись у чат My Vodafone або надіслати лист на vodafone@vodafone.ua.

Для заміни поточної чи відновлення втраченої SIM-картки також знадобиться нова SIM/eSIM-картка, яку можна отримати будь-яким зручним способом:

- замовити Power SIM на сайті vodafone.ua з безкоштовною доставкою на зручне відділення «Нової Пошти»;

- придбати ваучер eSIM на сайті vodafone.ua. Попередньо рекомендується перевірити, чи підтримує пристрій технологію eSIM у розділі «Список девайсів з eSIM»;

- купити будь-який стартовий пакет Vodafone з новим номером у точках продажу.

Співробітники Vodafone, які опрацьовують письмові звернення, зможуть надати детальну інструкцію щодо заміни SIM-карти та провести ідентифікацію клієнта.
