If you send a standard SMS – without the “!” character, the feature will not be applied.

The Subscriber Availability feature (provides SMS Delivery Reports) is free for all Vodafone Ukraine subscribers.

SMS cost is charged according to the terms of your tariff plan.

The report may be delayed if the subscriber is unavailable. If your message was not delivered within 72 hours, you will receive a notification that the SMS was not delivered.

If you didn’t receive the SMS Delivery Report, please check the following:

• The SMS Delivery Report feature is deactivated in your phone’s Messages settings?
• The text input format is correct (do not put a space before “!” and make sure there are no extra spaces in the message).

The message will not be delivered if the subscriber is unavailable within 72 hours.

Make sure the subscriber’s phone number is in the correct format: +380 XX YYYYYYY or XX YYYYYYY,

where XX is the operator’s code;
YYYYYYY the subscriber’s phone number.
