What is the cost of the service?

The service is provided at no additional charge.

How long is the “Worry-free Day” service valid for?

The service is valid for 24 hours from the moment of activation.

How many times can the service be activated?

The service can be activated an unlimited number of times, but no more than once every 7 days.

Can I order the service if my account balance is UAH 0?

No. The account balance must be at least UAH 0.02.

Will a daily tariff fee be charged from my account?

No, the daily tariff fee will not be charged while the service is active.
