This is a loyalty program for Vodafone customers.

You earn bonuses for your mobile communications spending and for donating blood through the Donor.ua platform. The collected bonuses can be exchanged for ‘Gifts’ or donated to charity.

You may activate the loyalty program in two ways:

• In the My Vodafone mobile app.
• Via SMS: send the number ‘5’ to 820 (free).

The loyalty program will be activated within 24 hours, you’ll receive an SMS with confirmation.

Join the Vodafone Bonus loyalty program and you’ll immediately earn 200 welcome bonuses.

1. For your mobile communications spending.

Each 1 hryvnia spent = 1 bonus.

If you spend over 310 hryvnias per month, you’ll earn 310 bonuses.

If you spend less than 2 hryvnias per month, bonuses won’t be not awarded.

Bonuses are awarded once a month, until the 15^th day of the month.

2. For blood donation through Donor.ua

You’ll receive 200 bonuses for every blood donation.

Bonuses are added after your donation is verified. 

You may use your bonuses on:

• Mobile communications services from Vodafone – SMS, minutes, mobile internet, additional account top-up;
• Discounts on gadgets in Vodafone stores;
• Discounts from our partners – children’s goods, pet supplies, food, cleaning supplies, books, restaurants, fuel, and much more;
• Charity.

You may use the discount promo code within two months of receiving it.

You will receive an SMS with a promotional code within 1 hour.

The bonus awarding and exchange within the loyalty program may not be available for some types of contract and business numbers due to how they are managed within the company.
