For prepaid customers, a new eSIM card with a pre-installed Flexx GO or Flexx TOP tariff plan (includes the first 4-week service package) is available. You can later change to any tariff plan available for activation.
For contract customers: buy a replacement eSIM card, select an available tariff plan for activation and visit any Vodafone store with your passport, ID card or ID card with your identification code displayed in the Diia app (if your identification code is indicated on the back of your ID card, you do not need to provide it additionally).
For corporate customers: purchase a replacement eSIM card, select an available tariff plan for activation and visit any Vodafone store (with your passport and power of attorney), or contact your service manager.

To switch your current SIM/eSIM card to a new one or to recover your number in case of loss or failure, follow the link: eSIM switch in Ukraine and abroad.
Follow the instructions below:

Use the Number Selection service. Tap and follow the link — Vodafone Number Selection.

Choose the desired number, reserve it and receive an order number (you will receive an SMS on the number you specified during your reservation).

Download the eSIM starter package to your device using the emailed QR code.

Activate your number. Call 111 (free of charge).

Top up your account of the activated starter package by the cost of the reserved number and the Mobile Number Change service cost (will be sent by SMS).

Call 222 (free for Vodafone customers) to inform the operator you want to change your phone number. Provide your order number and the number that was reserved.

After verification by SMS code, the operator will change the eSIM starter package number with your selected number.

Once changed, the cost of the reserved number and the Mobile Number Change service will be deducted from your eSIM starter package balance.

1st step. Check whether “Internet for the 2nd device” service is available in your tariff. To do this, go to the service page and find your plan in the "FAQ" section.
2nd step. Check whether your device supports eSIM and buy a virtual eSIM to replace on the website
3rd step. Activate the service “Internet for the 2nd device”according to the instructions
4th step. Wait for SMS activation of “Internet for the 2nd device”service.
5th step. Add an eSIM to your 2nd device and reboot.
Yes, you can delete your profile. Follow the instructions below:
For iOS: Settings – Cellular Data – Select the cellular plan you want to delete and delete the SIM card data.
For Android: Settings - Network & Internet - Mobile Network - Select the profile you want to delete and tap Remove SIM Card.
If you deleted your eSIM profile accidentally or by necessity (when changing devices), you may re-use the QR code from your current or another eSIM-compatible device. This can be done up to 5 times. Deleting your profile does not remove your number from the Vodafone network.
You can also deactivate your eSIM cellular plan to pause using of the Vodafone network (similar to removing a physical SIM card from your phone). All your services and tariff plan charges will remain active.
To transfer your eSIM card, remove it from your old device and activate it on the new one by re-scanning the QR code.
When you purchase eSIM from the Vodafone online store, you will receive it by email as a voucher. If you do not get the voucher email within the specified time, please check your Spam folder.
For any issues with eSIM activation, make sure you followed the activation instructions and ensure your device is connected to Wi-Fi or another network.
