Once the service is activated, calls will be forwarded to Voicemail if your phone is switched off or out of network coverage.

You can also set up call forwarding when your number is busy or when you don’t answer. To do this, simply forward calls to +380501200020 by following the call forwarding instructions.

The default settings which you can easily change by selecting option 3 in the voicemail menu are:

• Language – Ukrainian

To listen to messages from your voicemail box:

Within Ukraine:

• Dial 
• +380501200000 or 284 and follow the appropriate menu option.

Outside Ukraine:

• Dial +380501200000 while roaming (the call is charged).

Note:

If the subscribers have call forwarding to Voicemail enabled while roaming, they will be charged twice - once for the incoming roaming call, and once for the forwarded so-called outgoing call back to Ukraine.

To avoid extra charges, disable Voicemail in Ukraine by dialling *283*0#, sending an SMS with 0 to 283, or using the My Vodafone app (Services → Available Services → Useful Services → Voicemail → Deactivate).

If your mobile phone is switched off or you’re unable to answer a call, the call will be redirected to your voicemail.

The calling subscriber will hear an automated message: The subscriber is unavailable. Please call again later or leave a voice message after the tone. A tone will then sound and recording will begin.

If the calling subscriber does not hang up within 7 seconds after being redirected to voicemail, the connection will be established and charged as a regular call according to the subscriber’s tariff plan.

You’ll be informed about a new voicemail message via SMS that will include the date, time, phone number of the caller, and a number for quick message playback.

For calls made from abroad or in certain other cases, the phone number of the caller who left you a voicemail message may be unavailable or displayed incorrectly.

The Voicemail messages are stores within 24h.

Your voicemail box can store up to: 

• 5 messages

The maximum length of one message:

• 120 seconds

Vodafone Ukraine subscribers can leave messages for another user of the Voicemail service (Vodafone numbers only) by dialling 284 followed by the subscriber’s number in international format (e.g., 284380501234567). After recording your message, be sure to press the hash key (#) to finish. This allows you to quickly and easily leave a voicemail message without making extra calls.

By using the Voicemail PLUS service, the subscriber provides their consent to the processing of their personal data and/or the transfer of such data to third parties (including through cloud environments) for purposes related to the provision and receipt of electronic communications and information services, as well as for marketing purposes. The subscriber also confirms that they have been informed of the inclusion of their data in the Operator’s personal data databases and of their rights as defined by the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” and the Law of Ukraine “On Electronic Communications”, the purpose of data collection, and the entities to whom such data may be disclosed. The Operator has the right to process such data either independently or by entrusting it to a personal data database manager or third parties.
