New activations of a UAH 20 package are no longer available. It remains accessible only to customers with prior usage.

FAQ

Who can use the service?

The service is available to prepaid subscribers who:

- are currently in Ukraine;

- have been using Vodafone services for more than 60 days;

- spent over UAH 20 in the past month;

- have no outstanding balance from previous Funds on Demand packages.

How will the funds be deducted from my account?

Example 1

On May 19, you activated the Funds on Demand service with the UAH 20 package. After the next top-up of UAH 25 on May 20, UAH 23 will be deducted from your balance - it includes the previously provided service package and service fee.

Example 2

On May 19, you activated the Funds on Demand service with the UAH 20 package. After the next top-up of UAH 10 on May 20, UAH 5 will be deducted from your balance for the mobile communications service package. As of May 20, you pay another UAH 18 for the package and service cost (UAH 23 minus UAH 5). On May 30, you must top up the balance with UAH 8, UAH 4 (50% of the top-up) will be deducted for the service package. As of May 30, the remaining amount due for the package and service will be UAH 14 (UAH 18 minus UAH 4).

Example 3

At the time of top-up, you must repay the balance of UAH 14 for the service package and the Funds on Demand service cost. You top up the balance with UAH 20, UAH 15 out of which will be deducted for the package and service cost. After that, you may re-order the service.

calls and SMS within Ukraine;
mobile Internet services;
international calls and messages;
roaming services;
periodic service fees.

Next service order

You can order the service again only after fully repaying the previously provided package and the related service cost.
