Call Request
A free service that lets you notify another subscriber that you tried to call, even if your account balance is zero. The notification is sent as a short micro call, which appears on the recipient’s screen as a missed call.

Service limitations
You can make up to 10 call attempts per day if your balance is too low to complete a call. The subscribers will get either a micro call or an SMS asking to call you back. After the 10th attempt, no further notifications will be sent.

If you call a Vodafone subscriber who has been out of network for more than 2 hours, they will get the following SMS instead of a call:
You missed a call from +XXX... at hh:mm on dd/mm/yy. Please call back.

If the Vodafone subscriber is out of network for more than 24 hours, no SMS will be sent.

If a subscriber of another Ukrainian mobile operator has been out of network for over 2 hours, they will only receive a micro call, no SMS will be sent.
