Call Forwarding

This service allows you to redirect all incoming calls to any other phone number in Ukraine. Calls to your mobile number can be forwarded to a landline, another mobile number in Ukraine, or to your Voicemail. A call forwarding you’ve activated won’t prevent you from making outgoing calls from your phone.

Main types of call forwarding:

Unconditional: all incoming calls are automatically forwarded to the specified number.
If busy: calls are forwarded when you are on another call.
If no answer: calls are forwarded if you don’t answer.
If unreachable: calls are forwarded when your phone is switched off or out of network coverage.

Setup

The instructions below can be used on any device. However, most phone models offer their own simplified menu-based procedures for using this service (please refer to your phone’s user manual).

All three types of conditional call forwarding (when unanswered, when unreachable, and when busy) can work together and be used in any combination. Calls can be forwarded to different numbers. But enabling call forwarding for all incoming calls (unconditional call forwarding) will cancel all other forwarding types.

Unconditional (all incoming calls)

When unanswered

Activate – dial **61*+38ХХХXXXXХХХ#
Deactivate – dial ##61#
Status – dial *#61#

By default, a call is forwarded if there is no answer within 20 seconds.

If you’d like to change this time interval, please dial the following sequence:

*61*380XXXXХХХ**ZZ#, where 380XXXXХХХ – a mobile number;

ZZ – waiting time.

When unreachable

Activate – dial **62*+38ХХХXXXXХХХ#
Deactivate – dial ##62#
Status – dial *#62#

When busy

Activate – dial **67*+38ХХХXXXXХХХ#
Deactivate – dial ##67#
Status – *#67#

Service Cost

Call forwarding is available for subscribers free of charge. However, all forwarded calls are charged as an outgoing call from your mobile phone to the forwarding number, according to your tariff plan.

Note: When using conditional call forwarding while roaming, charges usually apply for both the incoming call in roaming and the forwarded outgoing call. We recommend checking your call forwarding settings before using roaming services. If forwarding is not needed, please deactivate it.

The Call Forwarding service is charged in Vodafone SuperNet Turbo tariff plan:

10 per day of use.
