Call Me Back

The Call Me Back service makes it fast and easy to ask another subscriber to give you a call. It’s free of charge and can be used to send requests to all Ukrainian mobile numbers.

To send a request, dial:
*104*+380XXXXXXXXX#📞where +380XXXXXXXXX is the number of the subscriber you want to contact.

The subscriber you sent the request to will receive a micro call, appearing as a missed call.

If the recipient is a Vodafone Ukraine customer and is unavailable for more than 2 hours, they will get an SMS once they are back in the network: Please call me back at +380501234567. Sent at 00:00 on 01/01/2020.
If the subscriber is a customer of another Ukrainian mobile operator and is unavailable for more than 2 hours, they will not get an SMS once they are back in the network.

☝ You can send up to 7 requests per day. The requests can only be sent to numbers containing 11 digits or more, e.g. 380501234567.

📲 The service is available to any subscriber in Ukraine. The account balance does not matter.
