What is Social PASS?
This is an additional service from Vodafone. Once activated, you get unlimited data for the apps within this service. Your gigabytes will stay untouched when using these apps.

How to use the service and what does it cost?
The service will be available for use only if both of the following mandatory conditions are met:

your main monthly/4-week service package is paid as per your tariff plan

Social PASS is activated and the service cost is paid.
If either mandatory condition is not met during the period, the standard tariff prices will apply as per your tariff plan.
The cost of the Social PASS service is UAH 60/month.
For prepaid tariff plans, the full monthly cost is charged upon its activation between 00:00 and 08:00 once a month, provided your account balance is sufficient. You’ll receive an SMS confirmation after 08:00.
For contract tariff plans, when activating the service, you pay a proportional amount based on the number of days left in the month, and after that, the full monthly service cost will be charged on the 1st of each month.

Dial *310*1# or use the My Vodafone app (“My Services” → tap Social PASS → “Activate”).

How to deactivate the service?
To deactivate Social PASS, dial *310*3# or use the My Vodafone app (“My Services” → tap Social PASS → “Deactivate”).
If the service is pre-included in your tariff plan, USSD codes are not applicable. It will be simply unavailable for deactivation.
The Social PASS service is available for activation in the following tariff plans:
Prepaid tariff plans: SuperNet Start, SuperNet Start 2019, SuperNet Start+, SuperNet Pro 2019, SuperNet Pro+, SuperNet Pro+ 2021, SuperNet Pro, SuperNet Unlim, SuperNet Turbo, SuperNet Turbo 2019, SuperNet Turbo 2021, 4G Smart XS, 4G Smart XS+, 4G Smart S+, 4G Smart M, 4G Smart Light, Light+, Device M, Device L, Turbo 2023, Turbo, Partner.
Contract tariff plans: Red S, Red Start, Red Turbo.
Social PASS is included in the base package of the following tariff plans:
Prepaid tariff plan: Joice.
Contract tariff plans: Red Pro, Red Max.

What may be charged when using the apps?
Audio and video calls, ads, and external link navigation are not included in the PASS services and will be charged according to your tariff plan.
Please note that some apps may access other platforms, services, or third-party content providers, and such traffic may be charged according to your tariff plan. For example:

In-stream ads;

Ads and promo links displayed in apps;

External links and navigation to other websites, apps, news, blogs, maps, etc.;

Podcasts;
-
RSS feeds;
-
Software/app updates;
-
Videos and content hosted on external websites and played in the app.
The traffic used by the connected device when your phone is used as a hotspot (tethering mode), when used in modems, the traffic generated via data compression services (Onavo, KickBit, etc.) or VPN is charged according to the terms of your tariff plan.
Most services and apps rely not only on their own, but also on third-party resources, which may consume gigabytes from your main package. To ensure the Social PASS service works correctly, we recommend keeping an eye on your GB balance in your main package and using additional data packages if needed.
The PASS services are available only when using the service through official iOS or Android apps. If you use unofficial apps or Lite versions, the traffic may not be recognized by the network and will be charged according to your tariff plan.
During the periods of high network load, the Internet speed may be limited. The services are available within the territory of Ukraine, provided there is the operator’s network coverage, excluding the areas where the state authorities are temporarily unable to exercise their powers or do so only partially.
Can I use my mobile phone as a hotspot to use the PASS service on a connected device?
The traffic used by the connected device when your phone is used as a hotspot (tethering mode), when used in modems, the traffic generated via data compression services (Onavo, KickBit, etc.) or VPN is charged according to the terms of your tariff plan.
How many PASS services can I activate at the same time?
You can activate 3 different PASS services at the same time (Online PASS + Social PASS + Video PASS).
Can I use the Social PASS service while roaming?
The PASS services are only available in Ukraine on the Vodafone network.
When planning trips abroad, use:

roaming offers for prepaid tariff plans;

roaming offers for contract tariff plans.
The service remains available only when it is activated and the service usage cost is paid, and the main monthly/4-week service package is paid as per your tariff plan. If either mandatory condition is not met during the period, the standard tariff prices will apply as per your tariff plan.
Service deactivation:
When the Social PASS service is deactivated, it stops working immediately and the payment for the active period is non-refundable.
