Free services available

• Missed Call Alert
Shows who called you when your phone was off or out of coverage.

• Back in Network Alert
Get notified when a subscriber becomes available again. For Vodafone numbers only

• I’m Available Alert
Let others see when you’re back in the network or stay hidden, on by default. For Vodafone numbers only.

• Free Line Alert
Get notified when a busy number becomes reachable for a call. For Vodafone numbers only.

• Day/Night Mode
Blocks nighttime notifications from 11:00 PM to 07:00 AM, on by default.

✅ These services are available to all customers on a permanent basis.

How to manage the services

☎️ Call +380501200000 or 284 and follow the voice prompts: Menu → 3 → 2

Additional information

Call forwarding to the service number

To ensure proper operation of the services, make sure the call forwarding is set to +380501200020.
If a different number is set for forwarding, the Always in Touch services will not function.

Notification storage period

Missed call information is stored for 24 hours from the call.
If your phone was turned off for more than a day, the notification will not be delivered.

Call Forwarding enabled message

When making an outgoing call, you may see a message on your screen saying Call Forwarding enabled.
It does not affect call quality or your balance.
It is impossible to disable this message or the forwarding related to the Always in Touch services.
