The TG UNLIM service will remain active when switching to another Vodafone Ukraine prepaid or contract plan, as long as the new plan includes this service.

For prepaid tariff plans:

The service will be available for use only if both of the following conditions are met:

• your monthly/4-week service package is paid and active as per your tariff plan;

• TG UNLIM is activated and the service cost is paid.

If either mandatory condition is not met, the standard tariff price will apply according to your tariff plan when using Telegram.

The full monthly service cost is charged upon its activation, provided your main account balance is sufficient. The service can be reactivated and paid from an additional account (automatically renewed each month between 00:00 and 08:00).

For contract tariff plans:

The TG UNLIM service is available with your account topped up.

To activate the service, pay its cost proportionally to the number of calendar days left in the month. After that, the service will be automatically renewed each month if there are sufficient funds in your account (the full monthly service cost will be charged on the 1^st day of each month between 00:00 and 08:00).

Please note that after using up all gigabytes included in the package of your tariff plan, your Internet speed will be limited to 150 kbps until the end of the day (including the usage of the Telegram app).

The TG UNLIM service does not cover audio/video calls or technical traffic that may be charged on Telegram.

The technical traffic refers to the following:

• In-stream ads;

• Ads and promo links displayed in apps;

• External links and navigation to other websites, apps, news, blogs, maps, etc.;

• Podcasts;

• RSS feeds;

• Software/app updates;

• Videos and content hosted on external websites and played in the app.

The traffic used by the connected device when your phone is used as a hotspot (tethering mode), when used in modems, the traffic generated via data compression services (Onavo, KickBit, etc.) or VPN is charged according to the terms of your tariff plan.

If you use unofficial apps or Lite versions, the traffic may not be recognized by the network and will be charged according to your tariff plan.

Information about services and prices is provided in Ukrainian hryvnias, including VAT and the Pension Fund levy of 7.5% of the service cost excluding VAT, as of 14.02.2024.

Most services and apps rely not only on their own, but also on third-party resources, which may consume gigabytes from your main data package. To ensure TG UNLIM works correctly, we recommend keeping an eye on your main data balance and using additional data packages if needed.

The service is provided only when it is activated and the service fee is paid, and the main monthly/4-week service package is paid as per your tariff plan. If either mandatory condition is not met, the standard tariff prices from your tariff plan will apply.

When the TG UNLIM service is deactivated, it stops working immediately and the payment for the active period is non-refundable.
