Call Waiting & Hold

The services help you manage incoming calls effectively while you’re on a call.

These features are available to all customers, regardless of the tariff plan and are included in your basic service package.

Call Waiting

While you’re on a call, you’ll hear a beep if someone else tries to call you. The calling subscriber will hear: Please hold, the subscriber is talking, and can wait on hold for your reply.

Call Hold

This feature lets you temporarily place an active call on hold and switch to another incoming call. Once the second call ends, you can return to the first subscriber.

Settings

Call Waiting

Activate — dial *43#

Deactivate — dial *#43#

Check status — dial *#43#

The service can be used together with the Conference Call service.

For the calling subscriber, listening to the Call Waiting voice prompt is free of charge and does not require any activation or additional settings. The voice prompt will only play if the Call Waiting service is activated on the subscriber’s number.

Call Hold

With this service, you can switch to another subscriber. The first subscriber will wait on hold until you return. In addition, this service allows you to dial a new number during an active call and switch between them at a time.

Call options:

To immediately answer a new incoming call and place the current one on hold, press the call button.
To place the current call on hold and answer the incoming call, press 2.
To end the current call and return to the first subscriber on hold, press 1.
To switch between the two calls, press 2.
To reject the incoming call without answering, sending a busy tone to the calling subscriber, press 0.
If you have Voicemail forwarding enabled and prefer not to answer the incoming call, it will automatically be redirected to the Voicemail.
