For Prepaid Customers
Detailed information is available for free in My Vodafone (Home → Charges Section at the bottom of the page).
Information is available for the current and previous months. If necessary, you may request a detailed report and send it to your e-mail limited to these two months only. All services will be displayed: both paid and free services (except for free Internet sessions).
For Postpaid Customers:
You may get a detailed statement about your account charges in several ways:

Personal Inquiry at any Vodafone store with your passport.
Request of a hard copy of your account charges:
It is available only for the last 3 months charges and is provided at Vodafone stores. The cost of this service is UAH 33 including VAT per month.
How to request a hard copy of my account charges?

For individual entities: you can make a request only at Vodafone stores. A valid passport is required. Customers may receive the detailed information or they may authorise their representatives, provided they have a notarised power of attorney.

For legal entities: you can make a request at Vodafone stores. A valid passport, a power of attorney, and a letter specifying the phone numbers and the period for which you need the information are required.
