Within the basic tariff terms, GB and minutes are included, which can be used for communication in 27 EU countries.

You will receive:

1000 minutes for all outgoing calls to Ukraine and within the country of stay;
Incoming calls in 27 EU countries are free of charge;
14 GB is provided for roaming use in 27 EU countries;
Outgoing calls between countries while roaming – UAH 50 per minute.

For new customers when transferring a number:

Step 1. Transfer your number from another operator to Vodafone.
Step 2. Join any Vodafone tariff and pay for the first service package.
Step 3. Then you can choose and switch to the “Kontakt 3in1” tariff.

After switching to the "Contact 3-in-1" tariff, you will receive a service package with zero payment for the first two months. After that, the standard tariff conditions will apply. The special offer is valid regardless of the connection date — it applies to the remaining days of the current month and the entire following month.

About the service

Until 30.06.2026, as part of the “Available Roaming as a Gift” promotion, the basic tariff package includes gigabytes and minutes that can be used for communication in 7 countries. You will receive:

10 GB of internet;
30 minutes for all incoming and outgoing calls to numbers of other Ukrainian mobile operators and within the country of stay;
70 minutes for outgoing calls within the Vodafone Ukraine network.

If the included minutes or internet allowance is used up, the following rates will apply:

Internet: UAH 20 for 300 MB (up to 20 packages per day);
Calls: UAH 50 for 10 minutes;
SMS: UAH 15 for 15 messages.

Moldova, Azerbaijan, Norway, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Iceland, Liechtenstein.

In Ukraine: within the tariff, the Internet is available at maximum speed without any restrictions.

Calls abroad:

- UAH 25/day for every 15 minutes when making an outgoing call to one of 16 countries;

- UAH 30/day for every 5 minutes to one of 14 countries.

Internet for the 2nd Device service

The Internet for the 2nd Device service allows you to use the data from your main SIM card on an additional SIM in your tablet, modem or laptop. Both SIM cards share the same phone number and account. With this service, the Internet from your main SIM is also available on an additional SIM in your tablet, modem, laptop or smartphone. The service is included in this tariff plan at no extra cost.

Home Internet within the Vodafone GigaCombo tariff plan is provided using GPON technology. The data transfer speeds with GPON can reach up to 1 Gbps (≈1,000 Mbps). That’s ten times faster than the standard home Internet (100 Mbps).

This technology can ensure a reliable signal and high-speed access at any time of day, provided your network equipment supports the data transfer of up to 1,000 Mbps, including:

The tariff plan includes 200 TB of data at maximum speed. Once this data is used, the Internet speed will be limited to 256 Kbps in line with the Fair Use Policy for Unlimited Internet in Vodafone GigaCombo tariff plans.

To connect high-speed optical Internet, it is necessary to install a subscriber terminal. Vodafone provides this equipment to its customers at no additional charge. To get maximum speed the router must be gigabit.

Service enables to temporarily block a number at the customer’s request or in case of loss of the device (all incoming, outgoing calls and SMS for blocked numbers will be unavailable). The service is activated only at the customer’s initiative.

Cost: no charges will be made until the end of the month when the service was activated. The service cost from the 2nd month will be 10 UAH/month.

In case of non-payment for the «Number Retention in the Network» service, another type of blocking will be automatically activated – for non-payment of the bill, which is valid within 3 months, after which the number will be deactivated.

Autonomous operation during power outages

The Vodafone network is highly energy-efficient thanks to GPON technology, which allows the service to maintain data transmission for up to 100 hours during power outages.

If you have a charged laptop, tablet or phone and only need Wi-Fi internet, it is enough to use either a power bank (with fast-charging support) or a small uninterruptible power supply (UPS) of 400 VA to connect the router and the optical terminal provided upon installation. When using a power bank, you will also need two special USB-to-DC cables with voltage boost to 12 V.

This solution will keep you online for 4–6 hours. If you also need to power your laptop, connect the equipment to a UPS from 800 VA with at least three sockets.

General information

UAH 14,2/day - the estimated daily cost under the Vodafone GigaCombo Pro tariff plan, calculated by dividing the monthly service package price by the average length of a month, i.e. UAH 425 ÷ 30 days.
The daily estimated cost for calendar months of 28, 29 or 31 days can be calculated by dividing the service package price for the calendar month by the respective number of days.

For the correct monthly package charging, all previously active Internet sessions should be ended or the phone should be switched off and on again.
The Internet gigabytes within the tariff plan are available for use on 2G, 3G and 4G networks, subject to technical availability and coverage.
We comply with the legislation of Ukraine and therefore do not provide Internet users with access to Mail.ru (www.mail.ru), VKontakte (www.vk.com), Odnoklassniki (www.ok.ru) and certain other Internet resources.

The customers of the Vodafone Contract and Business tariff plans have unlimited access to the Diia app since 21.02.2020.

Tariffs are valid in Ukraine and in 27 EU countries.

Tariff prices are indicated in UAH inclusive of VAT and the Pension Fund levy of 7.5% of the service cost excluding VAT, as of 01.01.2026. Call charges are calculated per the first second of each minute of conversation.
