Terms of unlimited Internet for 45 apps: the Internet speed will be reduced to 1,5 Mbps after 30 GB have been used, in accordance with the Fair Use Policy for Unlimited Internet on Apps and Services in Vodafone FLEXX Tariff Plans.

After the speed is reduced, Internet access remains unlimited with no additional charges. Unlimited Internet is available only within Ukraine. These terms apply until the end of the paid 4-week service package.

FaceTime, Google Meet (calls), Microsoft Teams (calls), Viber, WeChat, WhatsApp, Zoom, Facebook Messenger (text messaging), iMessage (text messaging), Discord, Google Chat.

Within the service, you will receive:

10 GB of internet;
30 minutes for all incoming and outgoing calls to numbers of other Ukrainian mobile operators and within the country of stay;
70 minutes for outgoing calls within the Vodafone Ukraine network.

If the included minutes or internet allowance is used up, the following rates will apply:

Internet: UAH 20 for 300 MB (up to 20 packages per day);
Calls: UAH 50 for 10 minutes;
SMS: UAH 15 for 15 messages.

Moldova, Azerbaijan, Norway, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Iceland, Liechtenstein.

Important: Only 4G mobile internet is available in Iceland (10 GB within this service). Incoming and outgoing calls are not available due to the lack of 2G/3G networks.

General information

Flexx GO tariff plan. UAH 11.6/day is the calculated daily cost of the Flexx GO tariff plan, determined by dividing the service package price of UAH 350 by 30 days.The daily equivalent cost for calendar months with 28, 29, or 31 days can be calculated by dividing the monthly service package fee by the corresponding number of days.

To ensure the correct activation of the monthly service package, end all active Internet sessions or restart your phone.

The Mobile Internet included in the tariff plan is available in 2G, 3G and 4G networks, subject to technical availability and network coverage. During periods of high network load, Internet speed may be reduced.

For customers who port their number to Vodafone: The Internet speed will be reduced to 1.5 Mbps after 60 GB have been used, in accordance with the Fair Use Policy for Unlimited Internet in Flexx Prepaid and Contract Tariff Plans. After the speed is reduced, Internet access remains unlimited at no additional charge. Unlimited Internet is available only within Ukraine.

The 15 GB available while roaming are deducted from the high-speed data allowance.

After the included GB have been used, 300 MB will be provided for UAH 20 (up to 20 packages per day).

The tariff plan includes unlimited on-net calls within the Vodafone Ukraine network and unlimited incoming calls in EU countries.

The included 500 or 1,000 minutes can be used for calls to all mobile and landline networks within Ukraine, as well as for outgoing calls to Ukraine and calls within the country of stay while roaming. After the included 500/1,000 minutes have been used, calls to other networks in Ukraine and calls within the country of stay while roaming are charged at UAH 3.00 per minute.

Call charges are applied in the first second of each minute, with the charge covering the entire minute of the call. Billing takes place in the first second of each minute. The minimum tariff validity period is 30 days from the date it comes into effect.

All prices are shown in Ukrainian hryvnias (UAH), inclusive of VAT and the Pension Fund levy of 7.5% of the service price excluding VAT, as of February 1, 2026.

The tariff plan, services and promotions are available within Ukraine where Vodafone network coverage is available, excluding temporarily occupied territories and territories where Ukrainian state authorities temporarily do not exercise, or do not fully exercise, their powers.
