Vodafone 4G Smart XS

Vodafone 4G Smart tariffs are available for activation to customers who have received a special offer.

If you’ve received such an offer and would like to change your current tariff, follow these simple steps:

1. Switch using the method specified in your offer.

2. After switching, top up your account with the full tariff amount in a single payment to activate the monthly service package. Alternatively, if your balance already contains the required amount, dial *101*444# and the monthly package will be activated within a few minutes.

3. Once you receive an SMS confirming activation of the monthly package, we recommend restarting your phone.

Please note: Until the monthly service package is activated, basic rates will apply.

• To ensure the correct activation of the monthly package, complete all previously started internet sessions or restart your phone.
• When switching to Vodafone Ukraine tariffs, all previously activated services will be deactivated (except for services based on a subscription).
• The loyalty program and all accumulated bonuses will be preserved when switching to any Vodafone Ukraine tariff.
• The international calling service is activated automatically when connecting to or switching to any Vodafone Prepaid tariff.
• The monthly service package fee is charged, and the package is renewed every month on the same date the previous package was activated.
  If there are insufficient funds on the balance to cover the monthly package fee, daily payments and rates will be applied automatically.

Until the monthly service package is activated, base rates will apply:

• Calls within Vodafone Ukraine network – 3 UAH/min
• Calls to other Ukrainian networks – 3 UAH/min
• SMS within Ukraine –1 UAH/message
• SMS abroad – 6 UAH/message
• Mobile internet speed in Ukraine is limited to 8 kbps.

1. How to activate

Activate in My Vodafone app (Menu – Quick access– Available add-ons – Connection for a Year – Year without fees).

If you want to activate "Year without fees" in the current tariff:

• make sure that there is a sufficient amount in the account to pay for service;
• dial *365# or in My Vodafone app
• wait for SMS about service activation.

If you want to switch to a new tariff and activate the "Year without fees" service:

• switch to the new tariff and wait for the SMS confirmation;
• top up your account with an amount sufficient to pay for the first package of services;
• wait until the first service package is automatically charged;
• dial *365# or My Vodafone to activate the service for a year;
• receive an SMS confirmation of service activation.

The "Year without fees" service will be activated only after you pay for the first package of services in the new tariff. 

2. Terms of use

• You can activate the service only using funds from the main account. Funds from the additional account cannot be used to pay for this service.
• If you didn’t activate the monthly service package and the daily package was active, the service package for your tariff will be activated the next day (and the daily tariff will remain active until the end of the day).
• If you activated the "Year without fees" service while your monthly tariff has not been paid, the service package will be charged after 00:00.
• If you have activated the "Year without fees" service, the package of services according to your tariff for Ukraine will be charged automatically every month. Therefore, please pay attention: if you dial the combination to connect the service package (*101*444#), the fee for it will be deducted from your account. The next package update will take place in exactly a calendar month.
• When "Year without fees" service comes to the end, you can activate it again. Please check its description before, since its terms may be changed in comparison to your previous ones, which can be updated. To activate, wait for SMS about current service deactivation, reload your phone and dial *365# in case of sufficient amount on account.
• You can activate the «Year without fees» service if the "Double minutes", "Smart Quarter", "Worry-Free Day" services are not active.

6,3 UAH/day – is the estimated daily cost of the Vodafone 4G Smart XS tariff, calculated by dividing the monthly package cost by the average number of days in a month: 190 UAH/30 days.
For calendar months with 28, 29, or 31 days, the estimated daily cost can be calculated by dividing the monthly package price by the actual number of days in that month.

Internet gigabytes included in the tariff are available for use in 2G, 3G, and 4G networks, subject to technical availability and network coverage.

Tariffs apply on the territory of Ukraine and in the networks of roaming partners, provided there is operator network coverage.
They do not apply in parts of Ukraine where state authorities temporarily do not exercise full or any control.

Call rates are applied per first second of each minute, which includes all remaining seconds of that minute. Billing occurs at the first second of every new minute.

All prices are stated in UAH and include VAT and the Pension Fund levy (7.5% of the service cost excluding VAT), as of December 23, 2025.

The minimum validity period of the tariff is 30 days from the date of activation.
