Within the service, you will receive:

10 GB of internet;
30 minutes for all incoming and outgoing calls to numbers of other Ukrainian mobile operators and within the country of stay;
70 minutes for outgoing calls within the Vodafone Ukraine network.

If the included minutes or internet allowance is used up, the following rates will apply:

Internet: UAH 20 for 300 MB (up to 20 packages per day);
Calls: UAH 50 for 10 minutes;
SMS: UAH 15 for 15 messages.

Moldova, Azerbaijan, Norway, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Iceland, Liechtenstein.

Important: Only 4G mobile internet is available in Iceland (10 GB within this service). Incoming and outgoing calls are not available due to the lack of 2G/3G networks.

The “Year without fees” service is not available for connection if you have the “Smart Quarter” “Double Minutes” or “Worry-free Day” service connected. Mandatory daily payment is UAH 20, for which you get 300 MB of Internet.

MB can be used both in Ukraine and in roaming in 27 EU countries.

With further use, every next 300 MB will be provided for UAH 20 (total of 20 packages per day).

Terms of use of daily services

If there sufficient amount of money on the account, the month package fee is charged automatically. It happens after a month from the date when the package was connected (from 00:00 to 8:00).

For example, if the service package was connected on the 25th, the payment will be withdrawn on the 25th of the following month. As soon as the service package is charged, you will receive an SMS (after 8:00).

Important information: until you receive an SMS about service package activation, you will have a daily rate, ie calls, SMS and the Internet will be paid.
If on an account does not enough money to pay for a month package service, then there is an automatically will be available daily rates with obligatory payment.
In the future, every day, the system will check the status of your account and, as soon as there is a sufficient amount, will connect a monthly service package.

Calls from Ukraine to the EU and between EU countries – UAH 30/30 minutes per day.
Up to 20 such bundles are available per day; after that the cost is – UAH 2/min.

How to activate the tariff

Vodafone Euro tariffs are available for activation to customers who have received a special offer.

If you’ve received such an offer and would like to change your current tariff, follow these simple steps:

Switch using the method specified in your offer.
After switching, top up your account with the full tariff amount in a single payment to activate the monthly service package.
Alternatively, if your balance already contains the required amount, dial *101*444# and the monthly package will be activated within a few minutes.
Once you receive an SMS confirming activation of the monthly package, we recommend restarting your phone.

Please note: Until the monthly service package is activated, basic rates will apply.

To ensure the correct activation of the monthly package, complete all previously started internet sessions or restart your phone.
When switching to Vodafone Ukraine tariffs, all previously activated services will be deactivated (except services based on a subscription).
The loyalty program and all accumulated bonuses will be preserved when switching to any Vodafone Ukraine tariff.
The international calling service is activated automatically when connecting to or switching to any Vodafone Prepaid tariff.
The monthly service package fee is charged, and the package is renewed every month on the same date the previous package was activated.
If there are insufficient funds on the balance to cover the monthly package fee, daily payments and rates will be applied automatically.

About the “Year without fees” service

1. How to activate

Activate in My Vodafone app (Menu – Quick access– Available add-ons – Connection for a Year – Year without fees).

If you want to activate "Year without fees" in the current tariff:

make sure that there is a sufficient amount in the account to pay for service;
dial *365# or in My Vodafone app
wait for SMS about service activation.

If you want to switch to a new tariff and activate the "Year without fees" service:

switch to the new tariff and wait for the SMS confirmation;
top up your account with an amount sufficient to pay for the first package of services;
wait until the first service package is automatically charged;
dial *365# or My Vodafone to activate the service for a year;
receive an SMS confirmation of service activation.

The "Year without fees" service will be activated only after you pay for the first package of services in the new tariff.

2. Terms of use

You can activate the service only using funds from the main account. Funds from the additional account cannot be used to pay for this service.
If you didn’t activate the monthly service package and the daily package was active, the service package for your tariff will be activated the next day (and the daily tariff will remain active until the end of the day).
If you activated the "Year without fees" service while your monthly tariff has not been paid, the service package will be charged after 00:00.
If you have activated the "Year without fees" service, the package of services according to your tariff for Ukraine will be charged automatically every month. Therefore, please pay attention: if you dial the combination to connect the service package (*101*444#), the fee for it will be deducted from your account. The next package update will take place in exactly a calendar month.
When "Year without fees" service comes to the end, you can activate it again. Please check its description before, since its terms may be changed in comparison to your previous ones, which can be updated. To activate, wait for SMS about current service deactivation, reload your phone and dial *365# in case of sufficient amount on account.
You can activate the «Year without fees» service if the "Double minutes", "Smart Quarter", "Worry-Free Day" services are not active.

Basic conditions

Until the monthly service package is activated, the basic conditions will apply:

Calls within the Vodafone Ukraine network: UAH 3/min
Calls to other networks in Ukraine: UAH 3/min.
SMS within Ukraine: 10 messages for UAH 3 (up to 20 packages per day).
SMS from Ukraine abroad and from the 27 EU countries to other countries: UAH 6 per message
Mobile internet speed in Ukraine is limited to 100 kbps.
The “Available Roaming” service will be available from the moment the monthly service package is activated.

Specifics of using additional services

The services “Double minutes”, “Even more”, Video PASS, Social PASS, Online PASS, TG Unlim, TikTok Unlim, “Available roaming”, “1 GB in roaming”, “3 GB in roaming” are not provided in Vodafone Euro tariffs.
When changing the current tariff with the connected services mentioned above, the services will be automatically disabled, their cost will not be refunded.

The “GigaRoaming Ultra” service is valid provided that the monthly package or daily tariff has been paid. If the daily tariff is activated, the Internet will first be used under the “GigaRoaming Ultra” service, and then 300 MB.

The ordered additional services (additional GB or minutes) will be valid only when used in Ukraine in accordance with the terms of their provision.

General information

13,3 UAH/day – is the estimated daily cost of the Vodafone Euro L tariff, calculated by dividing the monthly package cost by the average number of days in a month: 400 UAH/30 days.
For calendar months with 28, 29, or 31 days, the estimated daily cost can be calculated by dividing the monthly package price by the actual number of days in that month.

Internet gigabytes included in the tariff are available for use in 2G, 3G, and 4G networks, subject to technical availability and network coverage.

Tariffs apply on the territory of Ukraine and in the networks of roaming partners, provided there is operator network coverage.
They do not apply in parts of Ukraine where state authorities temporarily do not exercise full or any control.

Call rates are applied per first second of each minute, which includes all remaining seconds of that minute. Billing occurs at the first second of every new minute.

All prices are stated in UAH and include VAT and the Pension Fund levy (7.5% of the service cost excluding VAT), as of December 23, 2025.

The minimum validity period of the tariff is 30 days from the date of activation.
