Starting from December 23, it will operate on the Roam like Home principle in the EU:
The basic tariff plan - now in both Ukraine and the EU:
- Within the basic tariff package of 10 GB, you can use it both in Ukraine and while roaming in EU countries.
- Minutes from the basic package will be valid both at home and during travels.
- Incoming calls in the EU will be unlimited.
The tariff will apply in 27 countries:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Greece, Denmark, Estonia, Ireland, Spain, Italy, Cyprus, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Germany, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary, Finland, France, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Sweden.
2. The Available Roaming service will be changed:
The service will be automatically activated on your tariff plan - no need to activate it manually.
The service package remains unchanged:
- 10 GB of data
- 100 minutes (70 minutes for Vodafone numbers, 30 minutes for incoming and outgoing calls to other operators in Ukraine and the country of stay)
The Available Roaming service is now available in 7 countries: Moldova, Azerbaijan, Norway, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Iceland, and Liechtenstein, under the Available Roaming as a Gift promotion from December 23, 2025 to June 30, 2026, provided that the service package is activated according to the tariff plan.
3. If the tariff is not paid:
- UAH 15 will be charged, providing you with 200 MB of data, available in Ukraine and in 27 EU countries.
- If you use on-net calls in Ukraine, UAH 15/day will also be charged.
4. If the monthly service package runs out earlier, the following terms apply beyond the basic package, both in Ukraine and while roaming:
- UAH 0.60/min for calls,
- UAH 15/200 MB for Internet,
- UAH 1.50/50 SMS.
The changes in the list of countries for roaming services: GigaRoaming, GigaRoaming Max, GigaRoaming Ultra, and 5 GB.

Vodafone daily services: The cost of services in Vodafone SuperNet tariffs is charged monthly from the date of the first call. If there are not enough funds on the account to pay the cost of the service package per month, daily payments are automatically activated.

Terms of use of daily services
The monthly package fee is charged automatically. It happens after one month from the date when the package was connected (from 00:00 to 8:00).
For example, if the service package was connected on the 25th, the payment will be withdrawn on the 25th of the following month. As soon as the service package is charged, you will receive an SMS (after 8:00).
Important information: until you receive an SMS about service package activation, you will have a daily rate, ie calls, SMS and the Internet will be paid.
If on an account does not enough money to pay for monthly package service, then there is an automatically will be available daily rates with obligatory payment.
In the future, every day, the system will check the status of your account and, as soon as there is a sufficient amount, will connect a monthly service package.

Service «Internet for 2nd device» let to use your primary SIM card internet on an additional SIM in a tablet, modem, laptop, smartphone. Both card have one number and account.

10,3 UAH per day is estimated cost per day in the Vodafone SuperNet Pro+ 2021 tariff, which is determined by dividing the cost of a package of services for a calendar month into the average duration of the month: 310 UAH for 30 days. Estimated cost per day for calendar months of 28, 29, 31 days can be calculated by dividing the cost of a package of services for a calendar month for the corresponding number of days.
If you purchase the starter kit, dial 111 or connect to the internet and immediately use the service package per month.
After using all packet gigabytes available under the terms of the tariff plan and an additional 20 packets of 200 MB, the Internet speed will be up to 150 Kbps.
Within the SuperNet tariffs, provided that the package of services is paid for per month, customers can use the «Дія» application without limits. Unlimited application «Дія» (functionality for documents) together with «Дія Radio» is available regardless of the connection of the service package for a month. Unlimited on «Дія TV» is available only when the service package is connected for a month.
The free «Voice Mail» service is available in the tariff. Receive voice messages even if your mobile phone is switched off or you can’t answer the call. When a new voice message appears – you will receive SMS about the date, time and the number of the person who sent it.
