Dial the number in international format:
+ or 00 <country code> <city code/mobile operator> <phone number>.

For example, to call the mobile phone number in Poland, dial + or 00 48 5730 XXX XX XX, where:

• + or 00 – international code;

• 48 – code of Poland;

• 5730 – code of mobile operator;

• XXX XX XX – phone number.

Dial the number in international format:

+ <country code> <mobile operator code> <phone number>.

For example, to send an SMS to a mobile number in Poland, dial +48 5730 XXX XX XX, where:

• +48 – Poland’s country code
• 5730 – mobile operator code
• XXX XX XX – subscriber’s number

Prepaid

All Vodafone Ukraine prepaid subscribers have the service already active and does not require additional connection.

Contract

To check the status of the service, dial *110*50# 

How to activate the service?

• Vodafone store;

• call 111 (free from Vodafone mobile Ukraine in Ukraine).

A new contract subscriber or a subscriber who has been using Vodafone Ukraine services for less than 6 months can activate the international communication service by contacting personally to Vodafone store

Please note! If you don’t want to call abroad, you need to deactivate two services: International calls and International roaming.

The cost of SMS to numbers of foreign operators depends on the conditions of your tariff plan. Conditions are specified in My Vodafone and rates page. To find out the name of your tariff plan, dial:

Prepaid: *101#

Contract: *110*21#

To protect customers from unexpected expenses, Vodafone has set a maximum duration for outgoing international calls: 

• Prepaid customers – up to 30 minutes per call,

• Contract customers – up to 2 hours per call.

Call charging:

The call cost is calculated based on the first second of each minute of the conversation.
All following seconds are included in that minute’s price, and charging starts from the first second of the call.

Tariffs and taxes:

All tariffs are indicated in UAH, including VAT and the Pension Fund levy (7.5% of the service cost excluding VAT), as of February 14, 2025.
The minimum tariff validity period is 30 days from the date of introduction.
