What is the cost of the “Internet for the 2nd device” service? open

The “Internet for the 2nd device” service is at no extra cost during the first month after activation. Starting from the 2nd month, the service will be provided according to the standard cost.

The service cost is 50 UAH/month:

  • for contract tariffs: Red XL, Red Start, Red Pro, Red Unlim, Red Turbo
  • for prepaid tariffs: Joice Start, Joice Start Special, Joice Pro, Joice Max, Joice, SuperNet Unlim, SuperNet Start_2021, SuperNet Start+_2021, SuperNet Pro_2021, SuperNet Pro+_2021, SuperNet Turbo_2021, SuperNet Pro+_2022, SuperNet Turbo_2022

You can deactivate and then activate the service via SMS or control codes.

For prepaid tariffs:

What happens if I failed to pay the service on time? open

It is necessary to top up your account for at least 50 UAH to use the service and it will become available the next day.

How much will be the Internet if I activate the service? open

The Internet access is charged according to your tariff, regardless of the SIM card accessed - the main or additional one.

Will I be able to make calls or send SMS messages from the optional SIM card? open

Only mobile internet is available on the optional SIM card. Calls and text messages are not available.

Which devices can use the additional SIM card? open

The additional card for the Internet can be used in a device with a SIM card slot (including eSIM): smartphone, tablet, laptop, and modem.

Can I use the roaming service? open

The “Internet for the 2nd device” service is not available in roaming.
