• SMS to 212 with the serial number of the additional card (12 digits) *,
• via combination * 212 * serial number of the additional card (12 digits) # and press the call button *
• in the MyVodafone application

Check service status: SMS to number 212 (with text 2), via combination * 212 * 1 # or in the My Vodafone application

Deactivate service: SMS to number 212 (with text 0), via combination * 212 * 2 # or in the My Vodafone app

The “Internet for the 2^nd device” service can be activated if your primary SIM is connected to the following tariffs:

• Contract: Red XL, Red XXL, ULTRA, ULTRA VIP, Red Start, Red Pro, Red Unlim, Red Turbo, Red Unlim Plus, Red Unlim Max

The “Internet for the 2^nd device” service is at no extra cost during the first month after activation. Starting from the 2^nd month, the service will be provided according to the standard cost.

The service cost is 50 UAH/month:

• for contract tariffs: Red XL, Red Start, Red Pro, Red Unlim, Red Turbo
• for prepaid tariffs: Joice Start 2024, Joice Start Special 2024, Joice Pro 2024, Joice Max 2024, Turbo 2024, Turbo 2023, Joice Start 2023, Joice Start Special 2023, Joice Pro 2023, Joice Max 2023, Joice, SuperNet Unlim, SuperNet Start_2021, SuperNet Start+_2021, SuperNet Pro_2021, SuperNet Pro+_2021, SuperNet Turbo_2021, SuperNet Pro+_2022, SuperNet Turbo_2022, Vodafone 4G Smart S+, Vodafone 4G Smart M, Vodafone 4G Smart XL, Joice Start, Joice Pro, Joice Max

The service is available with no extra payments:

• for contract tariffs: Red XXL, Ultra, Ultra VIP, Unlim Plus, Unlim Max

You can deactivate and then activate the service via SMS or control codes.

For prepaid tariffs:

• each reactivation will cost 50 UAH Joice Start 2023, Joice Start Special 2023, Joice Pro 2023, Joice Max 2023, Joice, SuperNet Unlim, SuperNet Start_2021, SuperNet Start+_2021, SuperNet Pro_2021, SuperNet Pro+_2021, SuperNet Turbo_2021, SuperNet Pro+_2022, SuperNet Turbo_2022

For contract tariffs:

• reactivation within a month – at no extra cost
• reactivation the next month will cost 50 UAH for Red XL, Red Start, Red Pro, Red Unlim, Red Turbo;
• reactivation the next month will be free for Red XXL, Ultra, Ultra VIP, Red Unlim Plus, Red Unlim Max

It is necessary to top up your account for at least 50 UAH to use the service and it will become available the next day.

If you want to activate the service immediately, dial *101*212# after your account top-up.

The Internet access is charged according to your tariff, regardless of the SIM card accessed - the main or additional one.

Only mobile internet is available on the optional SIM card. Calls and text messages are not available.

The additional card for the Internet can be used in a device with a SIM card slot (including eSIM): smartphone, tablet, laptop, and modem.

The “Internet for the 2nd device” service is not available in roaming.

The tariffs and services (including the “Internet for the 2^nd device” service) are valid on the territory of Ukraine if the operator’s network coverage is available, except for the temporarily occupied territory and the territory where the public authorities temporarily do not exercise their powers or do not exercise them in full.
