Good news for you: improved tariff plan terms with no change in the cost
From 23.12.2025, for prepaid customers, the list of countries where the service is available will change, and Ukraine will be added.
- The service will NOT be available in the following countries: Azerbaijan, Great Britain, Moldova, Norway, Switzerland. In these countries, the Available Roaming service will operate, providing: 10 GB of internet and 100 minutes (70 minutes on the Vodafone network, 30 minutes for incoming calls and outgoing calls to other operators in Ukraine and in the host country).
Available Roaming covers 7 countries, provided that a service package is connected under the tariff plan, according to the terms of the Available Roaming as a Gift promotion valid from 23.12.2025 to 30.06.2026.
- The service becomes available in Ukraine and in 27 EU countries, including Cyprus, Malta, as well as the islands of Guadeloupe, Martinique, Reunion, French Guiana, Saint Martin, Mayotte.
- The GigaRoaming Ultra service can be ordered and used only if the service package is activated under the tariff plan.
All other terms remain unchanged.

- After the end of the bundle "GigaRoaming Ultra" service, you can reconnect it (*600*10#) or use the internet for 20 UAH/300 MB (20 internet packages per day).
- For subscription: after using all daily packages, the Internet is provided without charging until the end of the day.
- For contract: after using all daily packages, the mobile Internet speed will be 150 Kbit/s until the service package is updated.
- If you want to deactivate or reactivate the service before its validity period, MB are not saved and it will not be possible to use them.
- If you migratе to another tariff, the service is saved.
- When the "GigaRoaming Ultra" service is disabled, you can use the mobile Internet in roaming at basic rates.

Мandatory legal information
After consuming 10 GB of the GigaRoaming Ultra use the Internet at the cost of 20 UAH/300 MB (20 packages per day). After using all daily packages the mobile Internet speed will be 150 kbps without charging. The provision of communication services in roaming is available on the networks of roaming partners, therefore, with the increased load on the network, the internet speed may be limited. The subscriber is notified on the usage of the packaged MB via SMS. The calculation interval of each mobile Internet session within the «GigaRoaming Ultra» service is 1 KB.
The cost of calls is indicated for the first second of each minute of the conversation, the cost of which includes each subsequent second of the specified minute within the conversation. The first second of each minute of the call will be charged. The tariffs are indicated in UAH, including VAT and the Pension Fund fee, which is 7.5% of the cost of services excluding VAT, for prepaid subscribers as of 22.01.2025.
The minimum term of the tariff is 28 days from the date of its introduction.
