• After the end of the bundle "GigaRoaming Ultra" service, you can reconnect it (*600*10#) or continue using internet in accordance with the terms of the applicable tariff plan for the respective countries.

• If you want to deactivate or reactivate the service before its validity period, MB are not saved and it will not be possible to use them.

• If you migratе to another tariff, the service is saved.

• When the "GigaRoaming Ultra" service is disabled, you can use the mobile Internet in roaming according to the terms of the current tariff plan for the relevant countries.

• The "GigaRoaming Ultra" service can be ordered and used only if a service package is activated (for prepaid customers) and the bill is paid (for contract customers)

Fair Use Policy for Roaming Services Outside the EU for Vodafone Ukraine Subscribers

After consuming 10 GB of the GigaRoaming Ultra use the Internet at the cost of 20 UAH/300 MB (20 packages per day). After using all daily packages the mobile Internet speed will be 150 kbps without charging. The provision of communication services in roaming is available on the networks of roaming partners, therefore, with the increased load on the network, the internet speed may be limited. The subscriber is notified on the usage of the packaged MB via SMS. The calculation interval of each mobile Internet session within the «GigaRoaming Ultra» service is 1 KB.

The cost of calls is indicated for the first second of each minute of the conversation, the cost of which includes each subsequent second of the specified minute within the conversation. The first second of each minute of the call will be charged. The tariffs are indicated in UAH, including VAT and the Pension Fund fee, which is 7.5% of the cost of services excluding VAT, for prepaid subscribers as of 01.01.2026. The minimum term of the tariff is 28 days from the date of its introduction.
