From 11:00 PM on May 18 to 2:00 AM on May 19, the “Number Selection” service may be available with limitations.

During this time, number selection and reservation may be unavailable.

The service allows both new and existing Vodafone customers to choose and reserve a desired number (subject to its availability for sale).

The selected number can be purchased if:

• you activate a new contract connection or replace an existing contract number;

• you replace an existing or newly activated prepaid number.

You can also purchase a SIM card with your desired number and prepaid tariff online via the Unique SIM service.

In case of the number replacement (contract or prepaid)

The total cost of the service is calculated as follows:

• the cost of the selected number according to its category;

• the cost of the Mobile Number Replacement service, which is UAH 150.00, including taxes.

Example: when choosing a number from the ULTRA basic category, the total payment is UAH 450:

• UAH 300 for a number from the ULTRA basic category;

• UAH 150 for the Mobile Number Replacement service.

In case of a new contract activation

The cost of the service equals the price of the selected number according to its category.

The cost of the Mobile Number Replacement service does not apply in this case.

First, you need to reserve the desired number and obtain an order number.
The order number will be sent via SMS to the mobile number specified as your contact number during the reservation process.

Your next steps depend on the conditions under which you plan to purchase the selected number (choose from the options below).

To replace your current number with the selected one (contract or prepaid):

• top up the balance of your current Vodafone SIM card with the amount covering the cost of the selected number and the Mobile Number Replacement service.

• dial 222 from the same SIM card (free for Vodafone customers), inform the operator that you would like to change your phone number and provide the order number and the reserved number.

• after completing the identification process, the operator will replace your current number with the one you selected on the website. The cost of the selected number and the Mobile Number Replacement service will be deducted from the balance of your current SIM card.

For a new contract activation with the selected number:

• visit the nearest Vodafone store.

• if the number is to be registered to an individual, bring your passport/ID card and Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN), or use the Diia app displaying your digital ID card.

• if the number is to be registered to a legal entity, you have to provide the standard set of documents, namely:

1. passport/ID card of a citizen of Ukraine or the Diia app displaying the ID card;

2. full legal name of the legal entity;

3. identification code of the legal entity;

4. additionally, a power of attorney authorising the representative to sign, if the application is submitted by an authorised person.

For a new prepaid activation with the selected number:

• Purchase a Vodafone starter package with a tariff plan that includes the Mobile Number Replacement service.

• Activate the starter package by calling 111 (free for Vodafone customers).

• After activation, top up your balance with an amount covering the cost of the Mobile Number Replacement service, the selected number, and the service package according to your tariff plan conditions (if the first month is not included in the tariff price).

• Dial 222 from this SIM card (free for Vodafone customers), inform the operator that you wish to change your phone number, and provide the reserved number and the order number received via SMS.

• After completing identification using the code from the SMS, the operator will replace your current number with the one you selected on the website. The cost of the selected number and the Mobile Number Replacement service will be deducted from your SIM card balance.

For activating the selected number under a contract or replacing an existing contract number, you can use any current tariff plan available for contract subscribers.

For the Vodafone IoT tariff plans, the connection is available only with numbers from the Standard category.

If your device (smartphone or tablet) supports eSIM technology, you can buy an eSIM starter package online with one of the available tariff plans.

The reservation is valid for 72 hours.

Using one contact number, you can reserve no more than three selected numbers at the same time.

Any selected numbers that are not activated within 72 hours will be returned to general availability for sale.

If you make three number reservations within 30 days, the ability to reserve additional numbers with that same contact number will be restricted for the next 30 days.

•      Note for Apple device owners: smartphones that have not been updated to iOS 17.6 (released on 31.07.2024) or do not support this version (iPhone 8 and earlier models) will not be able to send SMS to numbers starting with 075xxxxxxx;

• for Vodafone IoT tariffs, it is possible to connect or replace only numbers from the Standard category;

• in case of replacing your current number, you will receive an SMS with information about your new number;

• information about the new number will appear in the My Vodafone app the day after the number change;

• any reserved or purchased number may have previously belonged to another customer;

• Vodafone does not guarantee the functionality of numbers purchased through third-party sources.
