Mobile-to-Card Top-Up

Mobile-to-Card Top-Up is a service for returning advance payments from your mobile account to your bank card.

To make a payment from your mobile account, use the services of our partner EasyPay at easypay.ua

Payment limits:

minimum top-up amount – UAH 1;
maximum top-up amount (including possible fee) – UAH 2,900 (from October 15, 2024);
maximum number of transactions for one account cannot exceed 3 transactions per day;
maximum top-up amount per calendar month is UAH 2,900, including commission fee (from October 15, 2024);
minimum required balance after top-up – UAH 1.
the service is available only to prepaid customers and from April 1, 2024, only to IDENTIFIED* customers.

* to register your prepaid number, use the DIIA service in the My Vodafone app, or visit the nearest Vodafone store.

Legal explanation:

«Mobile-to-Card Top-Up» means the operator’s ability to return unused funds to the customer using financial services as per the legislation on payment systems and money transfers, according to Clause 76 of the Rules for the Provision and Receipt of Telecommunications Services, approved by the Resolution No. 295 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 11.04.2012

How can I protect the funds in my mobile account?

Use only verified services that are listed on the company’s official website.
Never share OTP passwords received via SMS. No representative of any service, institution or mobile operator has the right to ask you for these codes. If someone asks you for an SMS code over the phone, hang up immediately. This is a scam.
We do not cooperate with unofficial payment services in Ukraine, such as Webmoney, Qiwi, or Yandex Money.

How to determine if the website for making transfers is genuine and official?

Check the website’s address. Look for https://www.vodafone.ua – it has a national top-level domain –.ua, which means the company has confirmed its registered trademark. Large, reputable companies always confirm their trademarks.
Evaluate the design, texts and overall structure of the website. Fake websites trying to mimic the official ones often have outdated designs, old logos or images, and colours that don’t match the brand’s style. They usually don’t offer multiple languages. The texts may contain many mistakes and typos.
Check contacts and feedback. Large and medium-sized companies rarely use popular email services such as Gmail or UKR.NET. Instead, their email addresses usually follow this format (department/service/function name, followed by “@”, company’s name and domain “.ua”. For example, press@vodafone.ua. Ukrainian telecom operators typically have a single Customer Service Centre phone number that begins with 0 800.
