To register your number with your ID in the My Vodafone app, please select:

My Services — Available Services — Registration and Number Protection via Diia

Or

More → Profile Details → Number Registration and tap the Register your Number button

After that, follow the steps:

1. Enter the code from SMS

2. Verify your identity via Diia (ID card or passport required in the app)

3. Confirm number registration

Please note: registration of a prepaid number with ID is only available for the main number under which you are logged in.

Diia app with your ID card/passport displayed is suitable for this.

Or

• valid passport of a citizen of Ukraine (in the booklet format/ID card/for traveling abroad);

• driver’s license;

• passport of a citizen of Ukraine with registered place of residence plus a certificate of registration as a displaced person from temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine or the Joint Forces Operation area;

• temporary certificate confirming citizenship of Ukraine (issued in case of loss of passport of a citizen of Ukraine)

• refugee certificate.

For non-resident individuals:

• valid foreign passport with a stamp confirming entry into Ukraine at a border checkpoint (a visa valid for at least 6 months);

• immigration card or certificate issued by the State Border Guard Service;

• for stateless persons - a temporary (permanent) residence permit in Ukraine.

To register, you must visit a Vodafone store and providae the information below.

For resident legal entities, individual entrepreneurs (IEPs):

• extract from the Unified State Register with current registration details (full name of the legal entity/individual entrepreneur, identification code of the legal entity/individual entrepreneur, identification code of the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs, and Public Organisations (for legal entities);

• address;

• passport of a citizen of Ukraine or foreign passport;

• power of attorney (required only for legal entities);

• email​.

For non-resident legal entities:

• constituent documents, duly legalized in accordance with the legislative procedure - notarised or apostilled (depending on the country of origin);

• extract from the Unified State Register with current registration details (full name of the legal entity, identification code of the legal entity, address);

• power of attorney and passport of the representative of the legal entity;

• document confirming the absence of tax or registration fee arrears.

If the document used for registration has changed; you found an error in the data, or you want to delete information, please visit any Vodafone store with your identity document (passport booklet or ID displayed in the Diia app) and your active SIM/eSIM card.

To re-register the number to another person, both the current and the new owner must visit a Vodafone store providing valid identification documents (passport booklet or ID displayed in the Diia app) and your active SIM/eSIM card. Data can only be changed to another person’s data at the request and upon the consent of the current owner.

The request is processed within 1 business day. 

Number registration using personal data is carried out in accordance with:

• Law of Ukraine “On Electronic Communications”;

• Resolution No. 295 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine “On Approval of the Rules for the Provision and Receipt of Telecommunications Services”;

• Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Personal Data”.
