The service deactivation is free of charge.

Please note! If you deactivate the service, a reactivation fee will apply.

If there are insufficient funds in your account, the service will be stopped temporarily and no daily fee will be charged. Once your account is topped up, the service will be automatically resumed.

Features of the service

After successful activation, all incoming numbers will be displayed on your phone screen in the standard international format or as a contact name, if the number is saved in your phone book in online mode.
The service functions properly if both the caller and the receiver are in the Vodafone network coverage area. Identification of calls from other networks and while roaming is not guaranteed.

Certain phone models do not support the Caller ID Withhold service.

Calls received from numbers with the activated Caller ID Withhold service, will not be identified on such devices.
