The activated TikTok UNLIM service is retained when switching to another Vodafone Ukraine prepaid or contract tariff plan in which the service is available.

For prepaid tariff plans:

The service will be available if both of the following conditions are met:

• an active monthly/4-week service package within your tariff;

• TikTok UNLIM service is activated and paid for.

If either of these mandatory conditions is not met, charging for using TikTok will be according to your tariff plan.

The service cost is UAH 39, charged upon activation if there is a sufficient amount in your main account. Future payments for the service may be charged from either your main or additional accounts. It will be charged automatically every month (from 00:00 AM to 08:00 AM).

Please note: once you used up all gigabytes beyond your tariff package, a speed limit of up to 150 kbps will apply until the end of the day (including the TikTok app).

For contract tariff plans:

The TikTok UNLIM service is available when it is paid for.

To activate the service, pay its cost in proportion to the number of calendar days remaining until the end of the month. In the future, the service will be automatically reactivated every month if there are sufficient funds in your account (full service cost - UAH 39 will be debited on the 1^st day of each month from 00:00 AM to 8:00 AM).

Please note: once you used up all gigabytes beyond your tariff package, a speed limit of up to 150 kbps will apply until the end of the day (including the TikTok app).

The TikTok UNLIM service does not cover technical traffic which may be charged on TikTok.

Technical traffic includes:

• In-stream ads;

• Ads and promo links displayed in apps;

• External links and navigation to other websites, apps, news, blogs, maps, etc.;

• Podcasts;

• RSS feeds;

• Software/app updates;

• Videos and content hosted on external websites and played in the app.

In addition, when your phone is used as a hotspot (tethering mode) or when used in modems, the traffic generated via data compression services (Onavo, KickBit, etc.) or VPN, is charged according to the terms of your tariff plan.

When using unofficial apps or Lite versions of apps, traffic may not be recognized correctly by the network and will be charged according to your tariff plan.

Most services and applications use both their own and third-party resources which may consume GB of your main package. For the TikTok UNLIM service to work properly, we recommend monitoring your remaining GB in your main package and using additional Internet packages if needed.

The service is available only while it is activated, paid for, as well as your main monthly/4-week service package within your tariff is paid for. During the period of failure to meet either of these mandatory conditions, the basic tariff plan will apply.

If you already have the Social PASS service active, you will not be able to activate the TikTok UNLIM service, as the Social PASS service already provides unlimited traffic on TikTok. If you want to enjoy benefits of the TikTok UNLIM service, you have the option to deactivate the Social PASS by dialing *310*3# or in the My Services section of the My Vodafone app, and after that you may activate TikTok UNLIM.

When еhe TikTok UNLIM is deactivated, it stops working immediately and the payment for the active period is non-refundable.
