The monthly service package is activated automatically if there are sufficient funds on your account. The payment is deducted every month according to your tariff conditions.
If there are not enough funds, the daily tariff is activated automatically.

End your internet session — turn airplane mode on and off.

Wait for the SMS confirming package activation.
Two days before the package expires, you will receive an SMS reminder to top up your account.
You can also check the renewal date and activate the monthly package in the My Vodafone app.
You can check your remaining minutes and internet balance in your tariff plan via the My Vodafone app or by using a USSD code.
To switch to a different tariff, follow these steps:
Choose a new tariff.
Make sure you have sufficient funds in your account to switch and pay for the first monthly package.

How to activate via My Vodafone?
Install the application.
Click Become a Vodafone customer on the home page.
Complete verification through the Diia application.
Sign the contract in the app.
Top up your account with the amount of the selected tariff.
Wait for the tariff to be activated.
How to activate at Vodafone stores?
Choose any Vodafone store convenient for you.
Provide the following documents:
- Passport or ID card.
- Identification code (or the Diia app if these documents are available there).
Sign the contract in the store.
Top up your account with the amount of the selected tariff.
Wait for an SMS confirming the service package.
Reboot your phone for the activation to complete properly.

· Your number is valid for 370 days from the date of the last account top-up.
To extend the validity period of your number, top up your account by at least UAH 5 (excluding transfers from another number). If the top-up is successful, your number will be automatically reactivated.
If your balance was not topped up, your number will remain valid for 30 or 60 days after the first call (based on the tariff).

Your number validity period may be extended depending on how much time has passed since expiration.
Less than 60 days
Top up your account from UAH 5 (except for Funds Transfer).
Once you top up, your number will be unblocked and you will be able to make calls and use the Internet.
From 60 to 90 days
Call 111 and leave a request.
When your number is registered on the network, top up your account with UAH 5 (except for Funds Transfer).
You must top up no earlier than the next day and no later than 7 days after registration.
After that, your number will be unblocked.
Over 90 days
After 90 days, the number will be deactivated. The remaining balance will not be refunded.

The minimum top-up amount is 5 UAH (except for the Funds Transfer service).
Your number will be blocked

When should I pay the bill for the previous month?
Your bill for the previous month must be paid by the 15th day of the current month (it does not apply if your credit limit is exceeded).
We will send an SMS reminder the day before any service blocking so that you may pay your bill on time and continue using our services.

How to find out my credit limit?
You may check out your number credit limit in the My Vodafone application (Number Details Section).
Will there be cables running throughout my apartment?
No. The cable is routed only to the installation point using the shortest and neatest possible path. The result is a clean, tidy installation without visible cable clutter.
Where will the router be installed? Can I choose the location?
Yes. The router location is selected together with you. It can be installed wherever it best suits your needs, whether in the centre of your home, near your workspace or next to your TV, while taking Wi-Fi coverage into account. Your installer can recommend the optimal location, but the final decision is always yours.
How long does the installation take?
The installation itself usually takes very little time. In a typical installation, everything is completed quickly: your connection is set up, the Internet speed and stability are tested, and your service is ready to use the very same day.
Do I need to be at home during the installation?
Yes. We recommend that the person who submitted the installation request is present during the appointment. This allows the installer to confirm the installation details, agree on the best location for your router and complete the installation. Once everything is set up, no further action is required from you - your Internet connection is ready for everyday use.
Can I use a router that isn't from Vodafone?
Absolutely. You don't have to use a Vodafone router. You can use your own device, provided it supports gigabit speeds and meets the required technical specifications. Your Internet connection will work reliably regardless of the router brand.
Will Wi-Fi coverage reach every room?
In most cases, yes - especially in standard-sized apartments. Gigabit Internet provides more than enough bandwidth, while Wi-Fi coverage mainly depends on:
the router’s location,
the size of your home,
the number of walls and partitions.
For the best possible Wi-Fi coverage, we usually recommend placing the router near the centre of your home. Your installer will be happy to help you choose the optimal location during installation.
What if my home is large or has a lot of concrete walls?
For larger homes or more challenging layouts, there are several simple ways to optimise Wi-Fi coverage:
choosing the best location for your router,
using additional Wi-Fi devices to extend coverage, such as a Mesh Wi-Fi system or Wi-Fi extenders.

What is included in my tariff plan?
All GigaCombo tariffs include unlimited mobile services and mobile internet* within Ukraine, as well as unlimited calls within the Vodafone network. For internet access in the EU, you will receive from 11 GB to 15 GB of data. You'll also get 50 minutes for calls from Ukraine to EU countries and between EU countries, plus from 500 to 1,050 minutes for calls to other networks in Ukraine and across the EU, depending on the tariff you choose.

Can I choose not to use Vodafone TV, mobile service or Home Internet?
The tariff plan includes three services provided for a fixed monthly fee. The monthly price remains the same whether you use all the services or only some of them. However, all three services must be activated.
After submitting a Mobile Number Portability (MNP) request or receiving a new Vodafone number, you have two months to connect Vodafone Home Internet under a GigaCombo tariff plan.
If Home Internet is not connected within this period, your mobile service will be automatically switched to the Flexx Go tariff plan. While you are waiting for your Home Internet installation, the My Vodafone app will display Start next to your tariff plan name for your convenience.
