The monthly service package is activated automatically if there are sufficient funds on your account. The payment is deducted every month according to your tariff conditions.
If there are not enough funds, the daily tariff is activated automatically.
How to check the activation status and validity of your package?

What to do if the monthly package was not activated automatically?
End your internet session — turn airplane mode on and off.
Check your account balance: *101#
If there are insufficient funds, find out the required amount — dial *101*4#
Top up your account with the required amount.
Dial *101*444#
Restart your phone or turn airplane mode on and off again.
Wait for the SMS confirming package activation.
Two days before the package expires, you will receive an SMS reminder to top up your account.
You can also check the renewal date and activate the monthly package in the My Vodafone app.
You can check your remaining minutes and internet balance in your tariff plan via the My Vodafone app or by using a USSD code.
To switch to a different tariff, follow these steps:
Choose a new tariff.
Make sure you have sufficient funds in your account to switch and pay for the first monthly package.
Dial the combination to switch to a different tariff.
Wait for an SMS to activate.

You may change your tariff in just one click in My Vodafone.
Pay in advance and use your tariff for 12 months without changing the scope of services and mandatory payments.

Dial *365# to activate the service for a year.
Wait for an SMS confirming successful activation.
Use the My Vodafone mobile app or its web version for convenient number management.

How to activate via My Vodafone?
Install the application.
Click Become a Vodafone customer on the home page.
Complete verification through the Diia application.
Sign the contract in the app.
Top up your account with the amount of the selected tariff.
Wait for the tariff to be activated.
How to activate at Vodafone stores?
Choose any Vodafone store convenient for you.
Provide the following documents:
- Passport or ID card.
- Identification code (or the Diia app if these documents are available there).
Sign the contract in the store.
Top up your account with the amount of the selected tariff.
Wait for an SMS confirming the service package.
Reboot your phone for the activation to complete properly.

· Your number is valid for 370 days from the date of the last account top-up.
If your balance was not topped up, your number will remain valid for 30 or 60 days after the first call (based on the tariff).
You may check your number validity in two ways:
Your number validity period may be extended depending on how much time has passed since expiration.
Less than 60 days
Top up your account from UAH 5 (except for Funds Transfer).
Once you top up, your number will be unblocked and you will be able to make calls and use the Internet.
From 60 to 90 days
Call 111 and leave a request.
When your number is registered on the network, top up your account with UAH 5 (except for Funds Transfer).
You must top up no earlier than the next day and no later than 7 days after registration.
After that, your number will be unblocked.
Over 90 days
Your number cannot be restored. Any remaining funds on your account are non- refundable.
For easy number management, download the My Vodafone app. You will also receive important reminders via SMS.
You may top up your account in one of the following ways:
In the My Vodafone app.
On the Vodafone website.
The minimum top-up amount is 5 UAH (except for the Funds Transfer service).
Your number will be blocked
If the amount you owe exceeds your set credit limit:
after the monthly payment for the tariff is withdrawn;
when using paid services.
Your number may be blocked on the 1st or any other day of the month.
How to restore my services after blocking?
Pay the amount of your debt + UAH 0.01 to your account.
How to avoid number blocking?
To avoid number blocking:
check out your account balance at the end of each month – in My Vodafone or dial *110*10#
Top up the amount of your tariff for the next month in advance.
When should I pay the bill for the previous month?
Your bill for the previous month must be paid by the 15th day of the current month (it does not apply if your credit limit is exceeded).
We will send an SMS reminder the day before any service blocking so that you may pay your bill on time and continue using our services.
