1. How to connect

Activate in My Vodafone app (Menu – Quick access– Available add-ons – Connection for a Year – Year without fees).

If you want to activate "Year without fees" in the current tariff:

• make sure that there is a sufficient amount in the account to pay for service;
• dial *365# or in My Vodafone app
• wait for SMS about service activation.

If you have no service package activated for 4 weeks/month and a day package applies, the service package will be activated the next day at your tariff (and the daily tariff will be available until the end of the day).

If you want to switch to a new tariff and activate the "Year without fees" service:

• switch to the new tariff and wait for the SMS confirmation;
• top up your account with an amount sufficient to pay for the first package of services;
• wait until the first service package is automatically charged;
• dial *365# or My Vodafone to activate the service for a year;
• receive an SMS confirmation of service activation.

The Year Without Payments service will be activated only after you pay for the first package of services in the new tariff. 

2. Special offer for new customers within the first 7 days after tariff activation

Within first 7 days after the first call in a tariff there is a special offer for activation of «Year without fees» service:

Device S – 550 UAH;

Device M – 1 000 UAH;

Device L – 1 600 UAH.

Check whether the service package is activated at your tariff (dial *101*4# or use My Vodafone app).

If the service package for 4 weeks/month is NOT activated:

• top up your account for the cost of the first service package at your tariff + the cost of the service for a year);
• wait for an SMS about the activation of the service package at your tariff;
• activate the Year without Fees service by dialing *365# or in My Vodafone app
• wait for an SMS about the service activation and start using it.

If the service package for 4 weeks/month is activated:

• make sure that there is enough money on your account balance to make the service payment for a year at your tariff;
• dial *365# or in My Vodafone app
• wait for an SMS about the service activation and start using it.

3. Terms of use

• Activation is available only in case of money availability on the main account. Money from additional account can’t be used to pay for this service.
• In case tariff for month is not paid, then after «Year without fees» activation service pack for month would be activated after 00:00.
• For clients Joice Start andJoice Pro when you migrate to another Vodafone Ukraine Prepaid tariff activated service «Year without fees» is invalid. Exeption – when you migrate from Joice Max to Joice Pro service «Year without fees» is valid.
• For clients SuperNet when you migrate to another Vodafone Ukraine Prepaid tariff with the same or higher subscription fee the activated service «Year without fees» is valid. While the service package charging shall be under the current terms of the tariff plan. The current terms of the tariff plan mean the current terms of the tariff plan as of the service package updating time. In other cases, as well as when switching to Joice Pro and Joice Max – is invalid.
• If you have activated the «Year without fees» service, the package of services according to your tariff for Ukraine will be charged automatically every month. Therefore, please pay attention: if you dial the combination to connect the service package (*101*444#), the fee for it will be deducted from your account. The next package update will take place in exactly 28 days for the Joice line tariffs (Joice Start, Joice Pro, Joice Max) and a calendar month for the Joice and SuperNet tariffs (SuperNet Start, SuperNet Start+, SuperNet Pro, SuperNet Unlim).
• When «Year without fees» service comes to the end, you can activate it again. Please check its description before, since its terms may be changed in comparison to your previous ones, which can be updated. To activate, wait for SMS about current service deactivation, reload your phone and dial *365# in case of sufficient amount on account.
• You can activate the «Year without fees» service if the «Double minutes», «Joice X2» service is not active.

3,3 UAH per day is the estimated cost per day in the Vodafone Device M tariff, which is determined by dividing the cost of a package of services for the calendar month into the average duration of the month: 100 UAH for 30 days. Estimated cost per day for calendar months of 28, 29, 31 days can be calculated by dividing the cost of a package of services for a calendar month for the corresponding number of days.

Mobile internet speed for Vodafone Device M will be settled in the following way: up to 150 Kbit/s after monthly Internet volume usage – 10 GB and additional 20 packs for 1 GB.

Up to 150 Kbit/s after daily Internet volume usage – 20 packs for 200 MB for every 7 UAH until the end of the day.

Tariffs are valid in Ukraine if there is technical access and coverage. The price of calls is stated for the first second of every minute of call, including each successive second of specified minute within conversation. Call rates are charged per first second of each minute.

Tariffs are stated in UAH including VAT and Pension fund tax in amount of 7,5% of service cost without VAT as of July, 24 2020.

Minimum validity of tariff is 30 days starting from its subscription.

Minimum validity of Vodafone Device M tariff is 90 days.
