Within the basic tariff terms, GB and minutes are included, which can be used for communication in 27 EU countries.

You will receive:

400 minutes for all outgoing calls to Ukraine and within the country of stay;
Incoming calls in 27 EU countries are free of charge;
13 GB of internet are available for use in roaming;
350 SMS in Ukraine and across 27 EU countries;
50 minutes for calls between EU countries.

If the services included in the package are not enough, the following charges will apply:

Internet UAH 20/300 MB (20 packages per day).
Calls within the country of stay and to Ukraine – UAH 3/min.
Calls between EU countries – UAH 30/30 minutes per day. (Up to 20 such bundles are available per day); after that the cost is UAH 2/min.

Unlimited on-net calls in Ukraine and incoming calls while roaming are free.
SMS in Ukraine and while roaming (27 countries) – UAH 0.50 per message.

After using the included minutes, the cost of calls and SMS abroad will be:

Calls from Ukraine to EU countries and between EU countries – UAH 30/30 minutes per day.
Up to 20 such bundles are available per day; after that the cost is – UAH 2/min.

Within the service, you will receive:

10 GB of internet;
30 minutes for all incoming and outgoing calls to numbers of other Ukrainian mobile operators and within the country of stay;
70 minutes for outgoing calls within the Vodafone Ukraine network.

If the included minutes or internet allowance is used up, the following rates will apply:

Internet: UAH 20 for 300 MB (up to 20 packages per day);
Calls: UAH 50 for 10 minutes;
SMS: UAH 15 for 15 messages.

The 7 countries where the service conditions apply:

Moldova, Azerbaijan, Norway, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Iceland, Liechtenstein.

Important: Only 4G mobile internet is available in Iceland (10 GB within this service). Incoming and outgoing calls are not available due to the lack of 2G/3G networks.

Pay in advance and use your tariff for 12 months – the service package will be automatically renewed according to the current tariff conditions and without mandatory monthly payments. Stay online with the Internet, make free calls within countries covered by your tariff, and use other services included in your package.

Service enables to temporarily block a number at the customer’s request or in case of loss of the device (all incoming, outgoing calls and SMS for blocked numbers will be unavailable). The service is activated only at the customer’s initiative.

Cost: no charges will be made until the end of the month when the service was activated. The service cost from the 2nd month will be 10 UAH/month.

In case of non-payment for the «Number Retention in the Network» service, another type of blocking will be automatically activated – for non-payment of the bill, which is valid within 3 months, after which the number will be deactivated.

General information

13 UAH per day is the estimated cost per day in the Vodafone Red Pro tariff, which is determined by dividing the cost of a package of services for the calendar month into the average duration of the month: 390 UAH for 30 days. Estimated cost per day for calendar months of 28, 29, 31 days can be calculated by dividing the cost of a package of services for a calendar month for the corresponding number of days.

To correctly charge a service package for a month, please end all previously started internet sessions or turn the phone off and on.

Gigabytes of internet within the tariff are available for use in 2G, 3G and 4G-networks if there is technical access and coverage.

Customers of Vodafone Pospaid&Bisness tariffs can use app «Дія» unlimitedly from 21.02.2020.

The tariffs apply in Ukraine and in 27 EU countries.

Tariffs in UAH including VAT and Pension Fund collection 7,5% from services’ price without VAT, on 01.03.2026. Call rates are charged per first second of each minute.
