The Internet speed will be reduced to 0,8 Mbps after 50 GB have been used, in accordance with the Fair Use Policy for Unlimited Internet in Prepaid and Contract Tariff Plans.

After the speed is reduced, Internet access remains unlimited at no additional charge. Unlimited Internet is available only within Ukraine. These terms apply until the end of the paid monthly service package.

Calls and SMS

Incoming calls in the EU are free.

Within the basic tariff terms, GB and minutes are included, which can be used for communication in the EU.

Calls between EU countries – UAH 30/30 minutes per day (Up to 20 such bundles are available per day); after that the cost is UAH 2/min.

If the services included in the package are not enough, the following charges will apply in Ukraine and the EU.

Within the service, you will receive:

10 GB of internet;
30 minutes for all incoming and outgoing calls to numbers of other Ukrainian mobile operators and within the country of stay;
70 minutes for outgoing calls within the Vodafone Ukraine network.

If the included minutes or internet allowance is used up, the following rates will apply:

Internet: UAH 20 for 300 MB (up to 20 packages per day);
Calls: UAH 50 for 10 minutes;
SMS: UAH 15 for 15 messages.

The 7 countries where the service conditions apply:

Moldova, Azerbaijan, Norway, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Iceland, Liechtenstein.

Important: Only 4G mobile internet is available in Iceland (10 GB within this service). Incoming and outgoing calls are not available due to the lack of 2G/3G networks.

Service details

Service enables to temporarily block a number at the customer’s request or in case of loss of the device (all incoming, outgoing calls and SMS for blocked numbers will be unavailable). The service is activated only at the customer’s initiative.

More details

Cost: no charges will be made until the end of the month when the service was activated. The service cost from the 2nd month will be 10 UAH/month.

In case of non-payment for the «Number Retention in the Network» service, another type of blocking will be automatically activated – for non-payment of the bill, which is valid within 3 months, after which the number will be deactivated.

General information

UAH 8.7/day – the calculated daily cost in the Vodafone Red Turbo tariff, determined by dividing the monthly service package price by the average month duration, namely: UAH 260 by 30 days. The calculated daily cost for calendar months of 28, 29, or 31 days can be determined by dividing the monthly service package price by the corresponding number of days.

Terms of unlimited internet: after using 50 GB, internet traffic speed will be limited to 0.8 Mbps in accordance with the Fair Use Policy for Unlimited Internet for Private Segment Subscribers on Contract Plans. However, after the speed reduction, internet traffic remains unlimited without additional charges. Unlimited internet is available only within the territory of Ukraine. These conditions apply until the end of the paid service package period.

Customers of Vodafone Contract and Business tariffs can use the Diia application without limits from 21.02.2020.

Special tariff conditions apply to the respective territories in accordance with the administrative-territorial structure of Ukraine as of the date of the tariff introduction.

The tariffs are available within the territory of Ukraine, subject to the operator’s network coverage, except in territories where state authorities temporarily do not exercise their powers or exercise them not in full. Call charges are billed in the first second of each minute of conversation, with the cost of the minute including every subsequent second within that minute of the call. Billing occurs in the first second of each minute of conversation.

The tariffs are stated in Ukrainian hryvnias and include VAT and the Pension Fund levy amounting to 7.5% of the cost of services excluding VAT, as of 01.03.2026.
